5Customer service is rubbish, sent emails to the local rep (Jared) who never got back to me after following up with a further email 2 weeks later. Rang their office and spoke to someone regarding my product inquiry who advised it would be best to send photos through to their sales team which was done the following day. It is now been 23 days with no reply even after a follow-up email.
Great place to shop. All the customer service representatives provided great service.
The customer service at this place is horrible. There product is even worse. Spent $1100 on a vacuum that only lasted us 2 months. When i purchased the vacuum it was not complete, they took parts from other vacuums. There was also water sitting inside the tank. Must of been used.
Your business hours are not listed on your website.and when your phone message says your open on Saturday morning. I went there and you were CLOSED! I travelled 30kms to get there! WASTE OF TIME!
