I dropped off a painting for shipping to Melbourne on Saturday and by the middle of the next week it had been delivered safe and sound. I asked for a bit of extra packaging to be added - the painting arrived here newly wrapped and well protected inside a sturdy cardboard container. The business practices used by this company is disgusting.

I got a quote for a week eater engine to be sent to new Plymouth first quote was $275 however after a phone call they managed to settle at $185, which just proves how much they are over charging their customers.

The package was only going to cost $80 via courier so that means they were trying to charge $200 to pack this item.

All customers should try use other pack & sends in auckland before this one as they seem to have alot more positive reviews.

The company is extremely helpful and efficient. I would recommend using the company too everyone.

I'm located in Sydney, Australia. I've used my local Pack & Send a few times. I needed to get medication from NZ to Aus urgently and the Auckland team didn't disappoint! Fast, efficient, no fuss. Perfect! My delivery was by DHL and all went well.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. The lady I was talking to was clearly not happy to talk to me, as she kept telling to me come in to the store and was getting very impatient and frustrated with me. The pricing is also ridiculous.

The MOST EXPENSIVE Courier service I've ever used, DO NOT USE. Even after you pack your parcel and deliver to the early, the parcel actually gets picked up by another courier service DHL! I paid for three day delivery, it took 10 days. Absolutely terrible service. I would rate Zero if I could

From the first contact I made with Tarun Walia the service was outstanding. Everything happened when Tarun said it would and I was always kept informed.

Poor staff service, unmotivated for work, talk or anything to deal with the costumer as such. Which is sad, as that should be their primary focus!

Send a laptop to the UK and the item arrived within a week and there were no issues with delivery. The item was also delivered with no damage. Would happily use Pack & Send again.
