I want to thank you both so much for the care and attention to detail in packaging my hand crafted shell mirror for it's journey to England. Some of the shells on the mirror are very brittle and easily breakable. You gone above and beyond my expectations in packing this fragile piece of art. I very much appreciated seeing the photos of the stages of packaging, great job.
For the work and effort creating the packaging I thought you were extremely reasonably priced.
I made it maybe 12 years ago for my niece's 21st present. She now resides in England and has bought her own home there so it's time it goes to it's rightful owner.
The wooden case even has very solid steel handles for ease of handling, something I wasn't expecting, a pleasant surprise.
I also want to mention how friendly and professional you both are to work with. For me it was a fun experience.

Contacted Sharon and Mike to get a number of items delivered from Auckland to Adelaide. They were fantastic in assisting as we were not there to pack the items, including coordinating the pickup, packing, itemising and organising the paperwork. They also assisted when there were issues with customs in Australia; great service and support would recommend them

Sent my iMac last Thursday from Auckland to Brisbane and received it on Tuesday morning. Fast and safe. Highly recommend.

Sharon and Michael went above and beyond for a package I needed sent from Auckland to Perth. Sharon even drove across town to pick it up for me to save money on extra freight costs! I received the package here in ONE business day, which I've never had from there to here before. Blown away by the professionalism, communication and overall service provided. A superb service - highly professional and efficient. A parcel from Auckland to Melbourne got there quicker than a parcel from Grey Lynn to Freemans Bay. Excellent-very highly recommended.

I sent 2 big fragile boxes from Auk to Chch with these guys earlier in the year. One box arrived in 3 days and I arranged pickup from Mainfreight Chch since it was Fri and delivery would have been Monday. The second box was got separated somehow and wasn’t there. I called Sharon at Packnsend every couple of days for 2 weeks trying to get an update as to where my box was and when it was being delivered and was told they’d let me know but they never called me back.
Finally I called Mainfreight directly and was told that is was sitting at their depo in Chch and they hadn’t received any calls from Packnsend about delivering it so they were about to send it back. Mainfreight delivered it that afternoon.
I feel very ripped off paying over $300 for bad service, receiving no tracking info, no insurance for breakages (only if they loose it), and I had to track down and arrange delivery myself.
If you’re sending within NZ go direct to a courier company, it’ll be cheaper and far less stress.

I had no idea how to ship my things to Europe and felt overwhelmed. Sharon was very helpful and patient with me and made the whole process quick & easy.

I would highly recommend Pack & Send Avondale. I just received my 3 boxes without problems here in Melbourne (from Auckland). It was delivered as expected.:) I always ask a lot of questions and Sharon was so nice and friendly in answering my queries.
