My experience with Pack and Send Takapuna was very positive. I was met in the carpark on arrival and the box I was sending in was carried inside for me. The process was smooth and efficient and the person I dealt with was friendly and helpful (I'm sorry but his name escapes me.). Helpful, if a little slow, rural post was achieved - with no signature on delivery - there is some risk. Albeit insurance covered.
