Awesome service by the guy welcoming you as you come into the store your customer service is wasted on the door
But in saying that the best welcome you can get is: 1 in the 1st 60 seconds of entering the Establishment
2 with a smile
3 and to be helpful
And this gentleman ticked all the boxes

Yeah fine. Typical supermarket and typical supermarket in Covid times. I can't buy my own amount of pick and mix or deli stuff - it's all pre-packaged. Sometimes I only need a teeny bit of something so that's not happening at the moment. Not their fault I know but a bit frustrating. A few gaps on the shelves but not bad considering supply chain issues etc. Better prices than New World generally

Our favorite PaknSave supermarket. We like the fact that they also have a small garden/flower section at the entrance.

Store is always clean and organised. Staff very helpful and it is easy to find products you are looking for. Good stock of fruits and vegetables and dairy products. Overall one of the best Pak n Save in Auckland.

Hard dedicated workers pusbing past the 100 mark everyday. Very appreciative of costumers following the rules through our lockdowns. Always good prices.

Had two older men decide to make a side comment to each other about me. Basically saying "she's alright looking aye" as they were staring at me. I feel disgusted, I laid a complaint about them but I doubt anything will be done about it.

Always fully stocked, everything is a decent price during this pandemic. Staff are friendly and store is spacious with quite a variety of things here and there.

Went down for a ride and do bit a shopping and ended up pushing out a full trolley.
We love it it wasnt a big queue either during the lockdown.
And i always come out with hot pies n cakes from the bakery to enjoy in the car with the kids.
Lots a selection in bakery section.

Everyone respectful towards the 2metre distance even if it does get a bit difficult in certain areas. Nevertheless happy operators make happy shoppers.

The best PAK'nSAVE I have visited in South Auckland, great deals on fresh produce, great specials but they didn't have the 2 litre bottles of cream or large bulk buy tinned goods, still a great visit.

Had pentrol pouring all over the back of my car as the petrol pump failed to stop. Managed to report it to the duty manager Matt K. Hope nobody will get hurt there.

By far the best Paknsave store in South Auckland. Apart from good pricing of stock the service is slick and highly efficient. Checkout staff are excellent at their job. Who ever runs this outfit deserve plenty of accolades as the high standards are always maintained.

I never complain but have to get this off my chest. I do shopping daily for various people at the Pukekohe store but don’t feel Wellcome after a staff member a few months ago at the self service was very rude. I brought my own Pam cooler bags, they are visibly worn and stained and she came up to me in front of customers asking if I have paid for the bags, I told her surely you can see this is old and her reply was are you sure. This morning same thing happenned, the lady did not keep questioning me like the first time but I have decided I do not need to be treated this way and will shop elsewhere as much as possible. It’s not the questioning but the unfriendly manner I was treated. Most staff are friendly at the checkouts but I think it can’t do harm to remind your staff that they have a job because of the customers that shop there.

Very clean and tidy. As usual, a big super market with wines, groceries, and usual bakery items to daily needs.

On a weekend there were more then 6 checkouts operating with experienced staff, they were helpful, polite and friendly. Happy to answer any questions with a smile. Loved the customer apporoach.

Fuel prices were competitive, you get a 6c off fuel voucher after shopping with your purchase bill. Simple to use at the station situation in the same premises. Printer was working fine to print the fuel receipt. Will come back again.

This supermarket has a good wine range, heaps of fresh local veggies and some lovely loyal staff. It gets busier every time I go there, but they are keeping up with demand nicely

My local. Best store. I'm here at least 5 times a week for work and personal shops. Cashiers get to know you and are so lovely with my massive bread purchases for work!
