Awful customer service, the owner was very rude to my girlfriend, they didn’t do a proper job on the front bumper of the car, they wont offer warranty over the jobs and if you have any problems they will try to find a way out of it and charge you again to fix it, we wanted to give it a try considering the bad reviews but now we deeply regret it, do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Really sub standard workmanship, had to get zPolice involved to get them to return my property they had no right to withhold, had to take Pakuranga Panelbeatets to Disputes Tribunal who ruled this company needed to refund funds back to me. 2nd rate cowboys with second rate service. Would not recommend anyone use them.

Had to get some panel work done and was referred to Pakuranga Panelbeaters through the insurance company. These guys were awesome to deal with - friendly and professional service. Brandon was great with communicating via text and everything worked out smoothly. I’m very happy with the panel repair work that was done. Thank you.

Gave my car to these cowboys some years ago to fix a small rust repair (smaller than a 10c piece in size), I even removed the interior trim and supplied the paint.

When I got the car back after a 2 week wait, the window where it meets the rust spot didn't sit quite right but I couldn't really put a finger on it as to why it feels off at the time.

Turns out these cowboys tried to rip the rear quarter window off and shattered the glass because they didn't take the time to remove it, also glued the replacement glass back down with permanent glue instead of butyl tape that the manufacturer called for. I found out about this whilst doing a full restoration on the car, finding bits of shattered glass behind the seatbelt cover. Confirmed they did the sneaky switcharoo with a used bad quality part because all the windows have my number plate etching except the one they tutu'd with. They didn't even have the decency to tell me they shattered the glass, but they did tell me "We have to charge you more because the job was more difficult than we thought it would be. Job cost twice as much than quoted. I had the great pleasure of spending a whole day removing the urethane glue that they used instead of the butyl tape, thanks guys.

Bunch of cowboys, if I can remove the window without shattering it even if you permanently glued it down with urethane glue (attached pic as evidence), I'm sure you as professionals could've done with when it was just holding on with butyl tape and 3 bolts.

Had to get a report for my boot cause I failed my wof at vtnz. The guy that did the assessment had excellent customer service and is very fast at his job. Managed to get it for cheaper than I thought originally. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you again

The worst panelbeaters ever! Took my car 2 weeks ago to get a quote.was told to come back in to oay the deposit then he can start on the job. Went back there the following week to do as he said and he said he doesnt remember seeing me or giving the quote for my car. Such a old white tart and i will never recomend any1 going there.

We had a great experience. They took photos of damages, got hold of insurance company & got the ball rolling. They even offered us a loan car which was in great condition & had a full tank of gas, which we replaced & returned in same condition.

We were able to leave our damaged vehicle there while parts were order, once we got the all clear from the insurance Pakuranga Panelbeaters started work on our vehicle.

Pakuranga Panelbeaters keep my husband in the loop with what was happening. The finished end result was spot on.

Once our vehicle was ready, we collected it & wow, it was sooo super clean inside and out! It hasn't been that clean since we purchased it. That kind of valet service is something you dont see too often these days.

Highly recommend these guys.

Ends up with more issues, the shop refused to fix them!

Took my car to fix rear right side light, ended up with LEAKING Back trunk and the real light and head light cannnt be turned off. Took my car back again, hours later, the Manager Brandon called told me I should bring my car to the shop I went to about 1 year ago, said it`s their problem.

But they cant explain why I only had leaking after I went to this shop!

Later, The stuff broke into my property took the loan car without notify me, then forced me to pay money when I went to pick my car. Just Nightmare!

So ridiculous services, I never know YOU CAN END UP WITH MORE ISSUES WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CAR TO FIX HERE! ! !

My friend had very bad experience in this place, and they were very rude. Not recommend at all to go here.

One of the worst panel beater and it is recommended by tower insurance. Mechanic said took 2 weeks to complete the job. But after 2 weeks, still got no news from them. Call them again and said need another 2 weeks to complete. No advanced notice and only been told after I made the call. Nothing much I can do. I was held hostage at that point. Car already at the car garage and tower insurance is garbage. Thereofee ditch the insurance and this panel beater forever. Of course the mechanic was very rude and never feel sorry for this situation.

Took my car here to get a quote. The old fat mechanic there was disrespectful, condescending, and had no consideration for customer service. Will never return or refer my clients to this place. Not recommended for anybody who is expecting the most basic form of respect from these guys. Absolutely horrid.

Superb job, great communication, fantastic service with some touch up paint and cleaned the car too!

I took my car here to get some marks removed from the paint surface and they did a fantastic job, the car looked new again.great friendly service.
