Went to pick up my order and they tell me my order is not there to place new orders, I have shown the number and also my name when placing the order on the phone then she said it was ready.whe I received my order it was not what I had ordered so I asked the lady to check again because I ordered the deal online $50 she looked at it on their own website and said to me sorry we don't do deals when clearly its there on the website and also the guy that placed my order new what I wanted which she continue to charge me $56 instead of $50 for the price online. If you are going to display something on your website then obviously you have it but do not put up a false advertisement to get peoples hopes up. The service here was very poor.

It’s always a great experience to have pizzas from this place. All of their staff members are lovely and offer a wonderful service. Special thanks to Krish for always presenting delicious pizzas ever! Yum!

We were all hungry and lost untill we found Pakuranga Pizza.

Highlights from our pizza experience tonight, the Chicken pesto pizza was a dark horse and we definitely could have ordered a second one, the coriander in it was incredible, the Glutenfree bases all round were arguably better than the regular ones! Last but not least The magical Rainbow pizza as a crowd pleaser it was described as "a chocolate doughnut with cheese in it. "

Great pizza everytime butter chicken is so good and Chipotle pizza even better highly recommend giving this place a try

The manager, Dhaval, was awesome. Asked for less cheese and pizza was made with a lot more cheese than expected. Instantly made a fresh pizza with minimal cheese without arguing. Thank you

We like this pizza place. Have been coming here for years. We have our favorite flavors (pepperoni) and (chicken peri peri) which is spicy.
They never disappoint. Despite the franchise growing rapidly in the last 5 years and there are now many other branches closer to our house, we still prefer to go the one on Gassamer drive.

Staff members need to learn how to acknowledge customers specially when they are spending a lot of money, pizzas are always great, but customer service is going downhill

The only Pizza Club that does Maxi pizzas. Good quality and delicious. Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Slingshot are my usual go-tos. Never fails to make everyone who eats it happy. Highly recommend.

THE SLINGSHOT PIZZA-

I never thought I'd have a whole entire love hate relationship experience in one pizza.

The first bite was an explosion of delicious flavour, soft, fluffy and crunchy pizza dough, perfect flavours and textures you keep eating and then suddenly it get super hot out of now where. You have to stop eating because it get hotter with every bite. You eventually give up from the pain.

You later on have a go at it forgetting how much your mouth hurts and then BAM! You fall into the same cycle. Amazing delicious and then gets hotter with every bite. You got to keep pausing and re entering the eating game. Totally wakes you up!

SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU LIKE HOT FOOD

Nice pizzas with a fairly large selection. The prices are based on size not toppings so you can get the right amount for any situation. They have very interesting flavours you wont find in other pizza places. Apart from the tasty savoury pizzas like the meat lovers, they also have dessert pizzas. The bases are really good and the pizza are chocka with toppings. The rainbow pizza was a bit different, a combination of cheese and chocolate.

Edit: You're able to order online to save on waiting. They send an email once they are ready.

Best pizzas in AKL! Very hard too beat and you must try the Maxi size pizzas which are actually big unlike the other competitors. Best tasting pizzas and huge variety of flavors for everyone

I used to love the pizza from here and would have given 5 stars but something has happened. Pizza is not as nice. Staff got order wrong on one pizza and requested cheesy garlic bread, they forgot the cheese. I used to drive from West Auckland to there but think I will give it a miss now. I revised today. Service greatly improved from last visit.

Great pizzas with an international flair - the Italians would not be pleased. Asians, and those looking assassin flavours, however, will LOVE IT. Try the butter chicken pizza. Yeah, yeah, you scoff now. But wait for it.

A great local pizza place, love thier Butter Chicken Pizza but they have lots of flavours, we been coming here for thier pizza science we used to live near buy, even though we have moved we still order pizza from here

No dine in, but pick up or delivery. They deliver on time. The reason for the 5 stars is for Chicken Slingshot. Our go to was the butter chicken and that is still amazing. The chicken slingshot is brilliant. It has a butter chicken sauce, but it's the addition of chillis amongst other veges that makes it worth while. It has a kick so be warned if you can't take spicy this isn't for you. Oh it also has pineapple.yes it belongs and it works with the spicy.

We ordered wedges and curly fries and we got frightened by dogs and dropped them. Me and my friends decided to go and buy it again. So we went again and we told the staff about our incident, they decided to give it to us for free! We tip them a 5 dollars and paid the original price. The staff are great and the food was delicious. I would recommend to everyone reading this.

Beware of very poor customer service at Pakuranga Pizza. Ordered two pizzas today evening after eating 3pcs found a long hair inside the pizza topping pulled it out from my mouth felt yucky and sick. Called the shop and their attitude was indifferent, poor and no apology. They said to send a photo which I did but was told why is it clean. Well it came out of my mouth.
When I went to pick up I took back half of the remaining pizza. Was made to wait even though the pizza was ready because manager madam was on the phone. Still made to wait after the phone call was over.
Then was handed over the pizza again with no apology. Instead she was suspicious that I was lying to get half a pizza for free. Inefficient and disappointing service. I have been a customer for 20 years since the original owners ran the business. Very very unhappy customer. Seems like I am not the only one.
