7Warning This family has stolen my money won't give me the paint I payed for or a refund because the owner said his son has stolen the money by frauding the website that's why it's down at the moment I don't know why it's my problem his son stole the money but I bought paint off his company with invoice to prove it very unprofessional
Paided money waited 2 weeks emailed 7 times no response rang a Indian guy told me site been hacked told to go to police yet I received email confirming my order with reference no but they would not give me refund not happy
Iv sent 2 emails out too your store about one of the products I received being no good too use.disappointing as iv spent around 600 over all in your store and been very happy with every product apart from this one and couldn't get a reply back unfortunately.
Been here year ago, the Indian boss is very helpful. Answered all my question.price is good as well.

They always send orders to the wrong address. If it was a rare mistake it was okay but I have had three or so consecutively sent to the wrong address. A friend of mine has also the same problem.
I spend big money on paint and materials and for that to go to the wrong address and potentially be lost is too much risk for me.
There are a few nice people that work here but generally there is no apology for their error, the customer is a bother to deal with, and I actually got asked if I would drive 3hrs to the wrong address to pick up my order lol!
If you are local to them picking up should be okay, but the odds of them getting your address correct is slim to none!
I'm now purchasing through their opposition who may be a bit more pricey but least they can get the delivery address right!
Good price on paints extremely bad with any sort of tracking info giving an option to have txts send to your number and have shipping updates never happened with multiple orders but they do have quite good customer support and help with finding colors.
