Super star team, comprising Jason, Mark and all front line staff. Super good at communication (so you know the exact steps you are at through this process). They act in YOUR best interest - they do repairs for YOU. As an insured customer I only care about whether my interest is protected. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, shining and clean. Also they are very good at explaining what was done - which I do not find the same with some other places. Location and hours is a big plus as well - very handy and friendly to working people.

From my first call to Panmech Panelbeaters, I was met with great customer service. Mark, Jason and Kit were all very professional in answering questions about what I needed to do to repair my Honda Civic to ensure she was back in good condition. The procedures and time frames of how long it would take to get her repaired was met as discussed on the first day when she was assessed. I would highly recommend Panmech Panelbeaters and would not hesitate to contact them again and use other services provided. A great experience!

Whether it's from a professional standpoint or a service standpoint I would say this is the best paint workshop. Especially thanks to the gentleman at front desk who is so nice. Highly recommend！

Just gave my old 1996 Land Cruiser Prado to Panmech for a much needed birthday - a bonnet and roof paint, full polish and touchup. Wow, it looks like new! Thanks so much to Jason - thoroughly professional and has done an awesome job at a very reasonable price. These guys are the real deal and I'm one smilin' customer!

I called up with a pretty quick fix - the very friendly staff said to pop round so they could have a look as I was just around the corner. It was fixed within a matter of minutes despite not having a booking. Extremely good service.

The boot of our car was rattling and we’d taken it to other mechanics who couldn’t find a solution. Took it to Mark at Pantech and he showed great skill and expertise to solve our problem. Repaired it on the spot. Couldn’t recommend his service enough. We will keep coming back, he’s done a superb repair every time.

A big thumbs up to KIT for giving such good customer service will really give you options on what to do and to the whole team for being so nice and to the kid who told me off for forgetting to sign in on the covid app in such good manner.
