22Iv been here 3 times every time worse service. But this time they give my mower back broken. It won't go up and down on the level hight. I look to see the handle broke off completely. The tell me it came in like that. They are liers. Then tell me it needs new axel. I'm a contractor. I haven't got time to be lied to. Time is money. Stay well away from this clip jont. The lie and try make more work for them selves. I'm 100% disappointed by the shop/ owners and workers. The middle eastern chapp was even smart as I left
100% Disappointed. No way was my mower broken when I took it In for new Blades. But wait I go to pick it up and another part is broken. If it was broken before I went in I would of had it fixed. But they lie and tell me it was already broken on way in. If so why not mention the level is broken. The mower can not be used with this part broken. So why replace blades. Lies and weak morals. Rip me off because I have a flash car and look like there's more in my pocket. Never stihl products are far superior to husk Ana rubbish. You didn't take any responsibility just a bunch of money grubbing clippers. And they were even rude on my way out.why can middle easterns talk to me like that but if I talk like that to them I'd be called racist. Sorry about the rant but don't steal from me or lie. No Need

Great friendly team and pick up ask for some repairs to be done excellent job done ride on lawnmower is like brandnew after service and other repairs great service team appreciation to the mechanics for the work done my father in would be impressed cheers guys

We have for the past 5 years had great service, so disppointing the gentlemen did not seem interested in his job. A shame really. As for mask wearing, you say an oversight, but your entire staff were not wearing them. As your staff member was not overly friendly, I did not feel comfortable to ask him, as was unsure of what his response would be like.
Decided to get myself into gear and book my hand mower in for a service (first time using this company). Fantastic service from start to finish with ALL the workers at this company! I was told it could take up to 4ish days as very busy. 2 days later, I got a text saying my mower was ready to be picked up. Good value for money.decided to mow my lawns the same night as I go it back to test the waters.sure enough, mowed like a dream! I even commented to the worker when I picked it up saying 'are you sure this is mine? ". Was so clean! I will recommend this company to anyone! They will be getting my business from now on. Great work team! Can not recommend high enough for this crowd.
Recently brought a line trimmer over the phone, great service & very polite. Got the line trimmer, it had a full tank of gas & line on it all ready to go. Very happy with the purchase & service, will definitely be coming back!

Recently acquired a second hand ride-on mower and had an issue this month where it lost power and got noisy, suspected running on one cylinder. Was recommended here from previous owner.
They picked up, diagnosed, found replacement parts and dropped off the mower within 24 hours and the price was very fair.
Would not hesitate to recommend and they will have all my mower related business going forward.

Fantastic company and people to deal with. Took my lawnmower in for a service and the communication firstly was outstanding! Unfortunately the mower was past its best and I was told this after it had been looked at. I will definitely be back to Papakura Lawnmowers with my next mower for servicing. Great and honest people to deal with.
Highly recommended, they competently repaired my weed eater, and did it at a really good price, (the machine hasn't run this well since I bought it). The service was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs to mowers etc.

I have received excellent service from Ross and Mat. It's not how a company deals with you when things are easy that counts, it's when things go wrong and how they respond to that which matters. The after sales back up and customers service has been excellent, fast and responsive when I have had warranty issues. These guys always look after me immediately and get my issues sorted. I would highly recommend dealing with Papakura Mowers.
Best lawnmowers? My father in law bought a lawnmower worth of $8k from here 2 years ago with 2 free service. He has done first free service and requested 2nd free service but he received an invoice with normal charge and they said all the free service done but he remembered only once so he requested invoices regarding free services.the problem was the invoice with normal charge showing 1st and 2nd free service with dates and the invoice requested by my father in law showing 2 free service with dates were showing different dates which were supposed to show same dates. I helped him to sort this out and believed these invoices regarding free services did not seem reliable so asked my father in law go and see their boss so he visited there but their boss was not there even though he had a confirmation their boss is in office by receptionist.she said their boss will be back in 10minutes so My father in law waited. After 10minutes, she said their boss is away (?) so he walked out and then their boss called my father in law and said if you don't pay, he will put my father in law in consumer black list. After conversation on the phone, my father in law made a payment straight and was so upset. Is this how you guys treat a customer has spent around $20k over several years? He can't even ask you the proof of free services before he make a payment? He can't even speak to you because he is old asian man without fluent English? Did he deny to pay for it? He did not even deny. He said he would pay after proving that he received 2 free service without doubts. This happened because you guys showed us very doubtful invoices. All the gears and machines in his house were bought from you. He was your loyal customer. I want to let you know that you've lost one. WELL DONE.
