Was having pains on my side to a point where it hurt to cross my leg an the slight bump to it would give me sharp pains.decided to give papakura chiro a try after reading the reviews an I can say the pain is nearly gone after coming here for a few months.i can't thank them enough for the work they have done for me the staff are very knowledgeable an very easy to talk to and very friendly if i could give them more star's I'd give them the highest and they always greet you with a genuine smile and thank you for making me patient of the week

I learned more about how my body works. My sessions were with Ilaaria and Hazel. They are both highly skilled and very passionate about ensuring your body is your best support system. I have a larger range of motion now than I did before and the severity of my headaches have reduced. If you need a chiropractor I would recommend Papakura Chiropractic. First visit ever, was nervous but Dr. Ilaaria Khan was super assuring. Very scientific yet able to explain in simple terms. Can I give 10 stars?

Dr Khan has made a huge difference to my back, and I'm only weeks into treatment. Khan is very transparent and educational about the process, science and my scans.

Dr. Hazel is very professional and has been helping me with my back and hip issues. She’s very gentle and detail-oriented as well. I feel so much better and my energy level has increased since being seen and treated by her. Overall, staff and reception are very welcoming and helpful.

Dr Mohammed and Dr Ilaaria are absolutely amazing. Super friendly and lovely environment. Exceptional service always and extremely knowledgeable doctors. Receptionist Jess is fabulous too. After seeing two other chiropractors at two different clinics it’s a relief to find chiropractors who actually know what they’re doing. Have had on going back issues for over two years and finally to get relief and treatment that’s frugally works is great. Highly recommend them can’t praise them enough.

Fantastic friendly service. Dr Khan has been sorting out a number of issues that have been slowing me down for years. He has improved my pain and range of movement considerably. As a result I sleep far better and the simple daily things such as looking over my shoulder when driving and sitting at my computer are no longer accompanied with pain. The entire staff of the business are friendly and make you feel welcome every time.

Last week i could hardly walk this week a lot of the pain has gone best in Auckland and i love the service very helpful and friendly

Dr Kent is really experienced and knows what he does.
I have been going to them past 4 years or more and they are reliable and they have helped me in holiday time (outside the working hours)

First visit to the chiropractor ever in my life. Dr Kent is very friendly and professional.
Answers all the questions and gives clear explanation about what is happening.

Already feels better after few visits

However, everytime I attend the clinic
I seem to be waiting for longer than expected. First visit waited about half an hour? Was asked to return for a X-ray after two hours (not sure why it wasn’t done at the same time) and ended up waiting for an hour. Few more visits after, I waited at least 15-20min until I had been seen for a quick adjustments.

Would be appreciated if clinic runs a bit more strict with time. Usually for people who work full time, you are either early in the morning before work or late at night after work and you really don’t want to wait for that long.

I think time management is also important aspect with providing satisfactory service to the patients.

Do love the friendly, comfortable environment though

Dr. Kent is very professional utilising all the latest diagnostic technology to analyse what is required before treatment commences. Having never visited a chiropractor before I was initially apprehensive but the post- diagnostic adjustment process has been simple and pain free. They are an extremely friendly team and have always accommodated my cancellations or appointment adjustments. I also enjoy Dr. Kent’s energy and enthusiasm and have engaged in many interesting discussions during treatment on a wide range of subjects. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent and his team!
