These guys are sweet as. One of the best service experiences with any vehicle I've had; I wish this shop were in my home country because I would happily take their advice exclusively. Karl diagnosed and fixed a knocking and squealling noise in my suspension within a few hours on a Friday afternoon, and has my '95 Yota running smooth as again.

Fair price and quick service. 10/10 reccomend

So pleased Ive found Jack and the Parnell Village Workshop. He has a rare enthusiasm and passion for classic 4WD's. They are the full package, extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer service, prompt and very good value. I take all our vehicles there now, even though it is not our closest option, it is always well worth the trip. Would highly recommend.

Jack and his team went above and beyond replacing my flogged exhaust with an aftermarket unit on my 80 Series - even though nothing on the kit fit properly! With no questions asked they went ahead and remounted the entire system, now it sounds and drives great (thanks to the lift kit they installed as well). Awesome crew to chat to, they definitely know their stuff.

Had an electric light truck stuck on a steep driveway, Jack’s beast of a truck towed me out and refused for any payment AND he was on his way home too. Only a GC could do such thing. Will defs check out the workshop some time and defs recommend the customer service.

This workshop is amazing. I have had Jack and the team work on two of my cars, most recently a Toyota Prius. They do excellent work, on time and are priced really well. They are also really nice and kind people to deal with and have a real interest and care in their approach to you as a customer and your car.

Incredible service every time. I‘m a Parnell local so it’s super close to home - but I would absolutely drive any distance to get there - for all car repairs, WOF & servicing - these guys are great! If it’s an emergency fix, they’ll be there as soon as they can. If it’s a tow-truck that’s needed, new tyres, parts need to be ordered through to a full service or WOF, Jack & his team are always happy to help. They make bookings easy, stress-free, offer quick turnarounds - they’re great to deal with, I know my car will be safe to drive, they’re professional and always reliable. Highly recommend. Happy customer!

Gave Jack a call when I was having issues with my car, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dropped my vehicle in and they managed to diagnose and repair it that day. Great service and will definitely use them again!
