I highly DON'T recommend this agent! If you want your first home experience to be unpleasant then go with this guy. Once he done selling the house he's done with you basically. He promised a few things for us and never got them done. He just left the keys on the property and send a text message to go get it. So unprofessional!

In a difficult Market (isn’t what it used to be) he kept working on it. He didn’t make it seem like a difficult market and really pushed to do his absolute best where you know he’s got your best interest at heart. Very knowledgeable about the South Auckland Market and gave me accurate information to make a well informed decision. Honest reliable and trustworthy is what I wanted in an Agent and he just happens to have the other key features as a bonus that make him a great Agent. We’ve used multiple agents in the past and had been recommended to give Pat a go being in South Auckland. Pat is everything you’d want in a real estate agent.
