Taken my car in to fix my brakes. It's a special model, so they had to source the pads. Recently, they let me swing by as my car wasn't reversing uphill. Quick diagnosis and recommendation. Also, fixed my light bulb on my other car when my hubby lost the clip inside it. Found it and fixed it on the spot! Thanks so much!

Had a faulty starter motor. Contacted my warranty insurer who suggested PSM in Ellerslie. I gave them a call, arranged an afternoon drop off and the car was ready the next day. Quick service!

Just to say a big thank you to Paul and his team who tried to help with a last minute problem with the electronic key not being recognized by the car. Problem was caused by another service place when they worked on wipers, but that place closed early on a Friday. Paul team worked on it for over 1/2 hour but did not charge me anything! Highly recommend!

Quality work, but extremely over priced. Go 1km down the road and you'll be saving yourself a couple hundred bucks for the same craftsmanship. Staff are friendly.
