Payless Bins

Worst bin company, will never use them again & would not recommend. Unprofessional rude Ross yells on the phone cos he cant get his bins to a site on time instead of yelling over the phone why not just give an approx time of arrival instead of having a fit on the phone its really not that hard.
Told him I was going elsewhere and wanted refund then hung up on him while he was still yelling.he calls back mins after with a approx time of arrival gee that wasnt hard now was it.
I have used bin companies in Auckland near our work sites from book a bin & this company Payless bins is by far the worst.

Best price I found for what I wanted online, they were able to pick it up earlier too which was appreciated. Delivered first thing in the morning on arrival. Thank you

I love their services. I've never once had a problem with these guys, and I always use their bins it's been many years now. They're always on time and so friendly when delivering a bin to me and even when a bin is left with me, I would say 2 days max with reason. Customer service is the bomb diggity and I wouldn't change a thing. Keep up the good work guys. You are awesome and thank you for being you.

Was a day late, but understandable in the circumstances.

A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Be very very careful dealing with this business. The products and services offered on the website are incorrect and misleading. When booking online, the bin type option does not actually specify the bin type. The online booking sizes listed are not the sizes available. 24 hours over a weekend gets collected a week later. Emails received from the business indicate everything is ok, until you ask for the bin to be collected.

And when all is said and done, and the last payment has been made because it's just futile, then comes the phone call "Have you paid? Yes? OK, then I'm sorry, but it wasn't my fault, and there's nothing wrong with my website. "

If any issue is raised, then it is the customer's fault.

In my experience, the owner is a dinosaur from a different time, unable and unwilling to accept that there might be one or two things that could be improved. "I don't do websites", "I don't do email" and "we don't even do these bins anymore".

Ross is not interested in discussing the customer experience (whether it's valid or not) just: "It's not my fault" and "I'm doing YOU a favour".

As I said, a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

I highly recommend Payless bins. Good communication and prompt delivery of the bin, considering I didn’t give them much notice.
The price was the best after contacting a few others. And it was removed when I asked them too…. A+

They need to sort their paperwork out and have obviously over extended themselves. I have a bin I ordered for 4 days and it's been close to 10 days and no ones picked it up. The correspondence I get is it's on the list.yes you maybe cheap but your service leaves a lotto be desired. The bin is still awaiting pick up as I write this

I will use there service again pricing for the size no complaints.

There were some issues with the collection of our bin, but however, they resolved the issue very quickly in a professional manner. We have changed our rating and are satisfied with their response to our issue. They have a very good attitude to business.

We called for a bin last week only to be told on the day they were "short of drivers" now again this week same story! It's really annoying especially when he calls on the day to tell you even though yesterday he was 100% we would get a bin today! Unorganized/unreliable company! Don't waste your time booking with them because you won't get a bin when you need it! Probably not short of drivers, shortage of bins because they are probably sitting at someone's house full and they haven't been to pick them up and empty them! Useless! Tell truth instead of using the same excuse!

Would not recommend, our bin was dropped off on Wednesday and was meant to be picked up on Saturday. Never happened. Called Monday for it to be picked up, said they’ll come in the morning. Never came. Called yesterday, no one came and picked it up. It’s now a week since we’ve had the bin and no ones bloody picked it up. We got the bin to clear up some mess before our renovations and now our builders cant access the back freely because the bin to blocking it! The bin they’re meant to be picking up this morning. Still nothing. It’s now 1pm a week later.

I would like to thank payless bins for sorting out a dispute my partner and I had with one of there employees. They were so quick to help out and sort the issue at hand. Along with being extremely impressed with the quick response to our problem payless bins have no doubt been one business we would highly recommend and thank you to the owner and helpers who turned up this morning to help.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. Very rude on the phone when I was inquiring about a bin yesterday.

Great company, driver who dropped off and picked up today was very kind and courteous, would recommend to all.
