Had some positive experience a few months back when I first used this law firm but something has changed as it's been a "mission impossible experience" to book in an appointment over these last couple of weeks.
Have tried emailing 3 times for a timeslot to notarize a one-page document, then also phoned 3 times and received zero response, they never called or txt'd back. I guess I've learned my lesson.surely there are more customer oriented law firms, don't waste your time with them.

Visited Mr Singh to notorise a document, a kind and highly informed individual. Got the job done in minutes, very professional and charged a reasonable fee.

I was referred by CAB and had a 2 minute interaction with a Lawyer who was so rude and dismissive. If you do not want to receive these advise referrals then talk to CBA. The interaction and experience was appalling.

Parking was good outside the building 1hour parking time limit.there is a stairway needed to reach the lawyers level. Waitng room sat down few minutes ready to see lawyer.conference room. Good communication with correspondence.great help got the family business soughted out.
