Great guys for getting an imported car certified for use on the road. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very happy customer:)

The team at PCC is very friendly and helpful, we have complied over 100 cars there and they have been great at sourcing parts and getting things done with very little hassle.

Seat belt doesn't retract properly and to top it off they complied the vehicle as a 2 seater not 3 seater. Painted floor in rear and did not even mask up upholstery, shame because it was an upmarket interior for a van.

Had to have van details changed as they complied vehicle as a 2 seater when it was obviously a 3 seater.
Vehicle not fitted with required Hi mount stop light as required under entry certification and confirmed by NZTA who are undertaking an investigation. Quote;
"Compliance with approved standards
2. The high-mounted stop lamps fitted to the following vehicles must comply with one or more of the approved high-mounted stop lamp standards in Table 4-11-1:

a) vehicles of class MA manufactured on or after 1 January 1991

b) vehicles of class MB, MC, MD, ME, group N, L and T manufactured on or after 1 January 2006" vehicle is a 2009 model.

Some issues with seat belt failing to properly retract, its a $700 seatbelt.

Best guys to get ur Euros, jappers, Left hand drive, immigrants exemption and special permit cars and bikes complied.

I am normally not one to give a 1 star but i will do so only if the circumstances is at its poorest. In this case, this is one of the most dodgiest and scamming compliance centre out there who will rip you off using false reasons of failing parts which are not true. There are several occasions where vehicles had to be sent to a repair certifier as they claimed there were signs of repair and they would only use the company Meet by accident across the road from them. We feel that we have been ripped off as we are constantly told the same reasons that our car require repair certs for cars. I've had lies from their floor manager Joel who deceits you with his facts and reasons, and the only way you can do is to either believe him or not with no actual facts to back up and he will always be nice to you to try and get your trust first. Furthermore they damaged one of our vehicles in their yard however they turned around and said its not their problem.i would expect a better service and more ownership from a company this size. If you use these guys, i would highly recommend you get a second opinion if anything fails. Conclusion, we have moved all our vehicles to another compliance centre is happy with service. My advise is to shop around and make sure these guys are honest to you. I would not trust any vehicles they recommend to MBA Meet By Accident certified repairer across the road from them.

Update: Their Manager Joel started harassing and abusing me via text message which i had to respond that if he does not stop harrassing me I will report him to the authorities.

Please don't go to this place. They will rip you off. The worst place I have ever seen in New Zealand. It's my experience. Please look for other better place.

Joel and his team are amazing, Joel takes it all in his stride too! I watched a customer swear and abuse him "because the transporter hadn't dropped of his car". He kept calm and just took it all in - I supposed you get alot of that from impatient people!

Mate, when i'm back in Auckland you deserve a beer!
