I am extremely impressed with my ducted install. The guys were friendly, on time and very professional. They did a fantastic job and completed the job to a very high standard. They informed me how to use the system before they left and cleaned up afterwards. I had the ducted system put through the bedrooms as I currently have an existing heat pump that heats the living areas. It has a constant heat throughout and also heats the hallway if I leave the bedroom doors open. I totally recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Perfect Air recently installed a second heatpump/air conditioner for us at a rental property. Their responsiveness right from the start was 100% topnotch. From us making the initial call to arranging for them to visit the property to workout the best unit for area, to preparing and sending the quote and then installation. All within 7 days! We have just had our Heat Pump installed by Perfect Air yesterday. We just want to give a shoutout to all their wonderful staff who have helped us book this job in. They were quick to respond and were happy to answer any questions we may have. They were able to explain their recommended unit to us clearly and they gave us more than 1 option. This meant that we were able to make informed decisions. They provided us with clear timelines and how long we would have to wait for installation (Current turnaround time is 1 month when we accepted the quote on April 13 2022 and Heat Pump installed on 10 May 2022). On the day of installation, they were very quick and efficient and they did such a beautiful job with running the piping inside so it is not exposed. Overall amazing work and we are grateful that we went with Perfect Air. Thank you team!

PerfectAir is awesome! Requested a quote for an A/C in our bedroom and got a reply back within a day. They came over to see the area and to discuss the various options.
Agreed with the quoted A/C (Daikin New Cora FTXM25UVMZ) and installation (back to back) could be done the same week.
The installer was on time, very polite and did a tidy job! As our walls are freshly painted we were anxious about dirty marks everywhere - nothing of that! It looks great!
We have used it last night for the first time and it's so quiet and most importantly - we have a cool bedroom now!
We definitely recommend PerfectAir!

We just brought a new home which already had a heat pump in the lounge but we needed one in our bedroom as we can only imagine how hot its going to get in there during summer. Perfect Air came out and gave us a quote for a couple of different brands and also different options that would work for us in our home. We finally decided on the white designer series Daikin which looks lovely too as well as being a high quality trusted brand. We are so pleased with our heat pump and the whole process from start to finish, everything was easy, stress free and they were all super professional and friendly to boot! NO cow-boys here! Would highly to recommend Perfect Air to anyone who is on the look out for a reliable company to install Aircon/heating or ventilation into their home.

Great experience with Perfect Air. They turned up when they said would, completed the work to a high standard and their people were professional and friendly. Great after sales service with a follow up from their office staff after the installation was completed and booked me in for a first service next year. I would recommend these people to anyone, a breath of fresh air.

Just got a heat pump installed by these guys last week, great guys and really friendly.
Wife loves the heat pump and its nice to sit in the lounge without a jacket on for once.
