This is just a review of a conversation I had with a wonderful woman named Rose. Without pushing any services on me, she listened to my story about mystery bites, and gave me thorough advice. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with her and she made me feel better than anyone I've talked to about my situation. She let me know she didn't have anyone to come to my apartment if needed, but gave me enough info and tools that I could try by myself, that she said hopefully I wouldn't have to call her back. So nice to see people who genuinely care about the people calling them. No wonder Pest Control Auckland have five stars. I'm totally calling them if I have another need!

Leaving 4 stars because I didn't actually use the service from Pest Control Auckland. However, I called seeking non toxic advice since I'm pregnant for roaches and the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful! He helped me figure out what was at the source of why they were coming- a shower we don't use. And then gave me tips for things I can do myself right now. Just gave me friendly advice free of charge. So appreciative. Great customer service

Pest Control Ltd.has done a great job on making sure that there is no type of pest in our restaurant. Anthony does a great job and make sure to ask me if there is any bug in the restaurant and I as far as I know there is no sign of any bug inside. He also here on time and call ahead of time to make sure we are ready for him to work. Couldn't ask for any better service.
