Pet Doctors West Harbour

Such a lovely vet surgery, I have been taking my pets here for years before it was bought by pet doctors. The people are awesome and I like the online booking system. They treat their clients amazingly and its always a nice feeling going their for a checkup with your special furry friend.

This place is amazing! The staff are compassionate, caring and super helpful! They go above and beyond to help make things that little bit easier during such a stressful time.

Our new little fur baby puppy started looking lethargic and we were lucky to secure a cancelled appointment at the Hobsonville Clinic. The staff were very friendly and efficient and we felt in good hands with Dr Morana. She gave us good advice as we haven’t had a puppy for 14 years. Little Bambam has bounced back this morning and we look forward to making this his regular health clinic.

Very friendly and helpful. We had a vet who knew our dog, which is always good (this is not always the case). This vet found that we had missed a vaccination, and gave it to our dog.

Very Satisfied with the services we have two labs and both are taken care by Vets at Pet Doctors West harbor. Very experienced doctors and staff!

In the last two years I have had my fur babies have pass on. Pet Doctors have been apart of that entire process, and no words can describe how amazing they were, they showed so much kindness and compassion. It was so tough but they did everything they could to help make the situation less stressful.

This is not my usual vet, were very friendly and helpful when I needed a prescription filled, when 5 others could not or would not. I would certainly go to them again.

I took my Huntaway Cross Macey, who is extremely reluctant to visit the vets, to see Dr Jess Kelly & I couldn't have been more impressed. Dr Kelly was so relaxed & friendly & put Macey at ease very quickly (with the help of alot of treats) but also by getting down onto the ground so that she was on Maceys level instead of forcing her onto the table where she would have been more stressed & anxious. Dr Kelly took the time to make Macey comfortable & get to know her. She was really informative & provided some great advice including a range of options & explained each thoroughly including low, mid & higher cost treatment options. I loved that she spent so much time gaining Maceys trust & happily provided lower cost treatment options as opposed to just opting for the highest price possible. I regularly recommend Pet Doctors West Harbour to friends & won't hesitate in using them in future for any of my pets needs. Thanks so much Dr Kelly!

What lovely people there! You know that they care and will go the extra kilometer to help and support when it comes to that time.

This is a Fabulous place. Recently had to have my old dog put down, and Jess the main vet was so great. Talked us through how everything was going to go, along with speaking about Honey (our dog) and her life with us. They made Honey very comfortable before giving her the final dose. Then a few days later, we received a beautiful card, hand written and signed by everyone at the vets giving us their condolences. I was amazed at how thoughtful this was and personal. It is something I will truly cherish for the rest of my life. I'm sure this is not something that all vets would do and is another reason why you should choose this vet as your regular medical carer for your fur baby.

Bad service. Not professional. The Dr’s like sales. Keep up sale there products. And the admin’s can’t follow up the like they are said.

We have been with this veterinary practice for over 20ñ years. They looked after a number of cats for us right through to the end and continue to be our vets for the 1 we still have. This team are wonderful. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Bit difficult to give rave reviews when you are taking a terminally ill pet to be put down, but staff were good and all handled efficiently.

Great care for our pets. We've been going there for more than 15 years and trust them completely!

The prices now are a bit high, since Pet Doctors took over. But the care is still good (especially Dr Jess).

Needed help during lock down with my cat rascal. Extremely helpful even in level four during a stressful time. Very safe in lock down. Took a very measured and comprehensive approach but not the most expensive one which I appreciated. Highly commended

Made me feel at ease and understanding of how I was feeling and my little dog on his first ever vet visit
