I find the staff here very helpful and friendly, and clearly animal lovers. Their prices are on the higher side compared to other places, but overall I drive out of my way to shop here.

It is another PETStock but what makes the difference is customer service.
Well done guys, I'll come back.

Our dog loves going there, especially watching the cats! It's like going to the movies. More seriously, great choice of pet supplies, super friendly and helpful staff, good prices. This store also has a great selection of pick-and-mix dog treats, which our dog is addicted to.

Great shop for pets. Staff are helpful, one even indulged my question about how they keep their fish tanks crystal. Found the prices of certain items better than elsewhere.

Pet stock helped us adopt our kittens, and the shop assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was really grateful and the customer service is always good, and the proces are lower than competitors.

A really great Pet Shop with litterally everything you would ever need for any type of pet. Plus really lovely & knowledgeable friendly staff. I especially love the two coin operated dog baths/showers outside the front door for those moments when man's best friend chooses to roll in some disgusting dead thing that just reeks!

We have a very very fussy vizsla. So fussy that even when we exercise him heaps with no treats, he would rather starve than eat his food. The staff here were so nice that they let us try out different foods for him.

Of course our pup ate the most expensive food that would cost us $119 a week but the fact they kept letting us return half eaten bags was just, well really damn nice.

Finally the pet stock is open after how many weeks. I want to commend an employee named Nadia from the pet stock. Barry’s pint road, takapuna. She went out of her way to help me by carrying my cat litter to the counter + my car along with helping me collect my cats food with a friendly and bubbly attitude. Such a great heart and spirit. Thank you for your again and again. You made my day. Hope your boss gives you a raise because you deserve it.

Their self service dog washing bay is great. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely going there again

The team here are so helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a fantastic range of products. My favourite shop for pet supplies and advice!

Staff are always so lovely. We go here for weekly dog baths in the DIY dog tubs, and we get fresh towels provided each time.

Staff went out of their way to help even though they didn't stick the product I was looking for. They rang around to find somewhere that stocked it.

Popped in just to grab a couple of things - hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Will definitely come back here again even though it is out of my way.
