Always such A nice place to shop. So cool how you can take your dog in as well. The staff are always super helpful / friendly.

Great place to go and get all things cats and dogs, the do it yourself engraving machine for ID tags is great too. Cheaper than other places too

Twice had my dog's nails clipped here, twice they've botched it and cut him down to the quick and made him bleed. Very young staff, obviously inadequate training and inexperience. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere for nail clipping as it's amateur hour at Petstock Henderson.

Go to place for cat food. Order online and click and collect. Due to weather events/covid shipping, if the item you are wanting is showing as not available, it's worth calling the store to check. Friendly and helpful instore.

Nice place, they have everything you need, friendly staff.

Puppy school is average and does not provide proper training tho. You are better off just going on you tube.

Took my dog to get his nails trimmed today. Very happy with the job. Very happy with how dog got handled. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Definitely will be going back

Didn't have quite the range I would have liked, but had products similar enough that it didn't really matter. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it seemed like there were only two people working which must be tough for them on a Sunday.

Great place to shop for pets our puppy gets most of his treats, puppy food from here.

I recently took on 4 abandoned kittens and I am currently feeding them Royal Canin. The rewards program makes it so much more affordable for me as I go through a lot of food for them. Also, the staff are really nice, approachable, and are passionate about animals too.

Our visit to this store was made exceptional due to the staff member who served us, Emma. She went out of her way to help us choose the right harness for our puppy and it was the perfect choice and we would like to thank Emma for her help.

Product selection is consistently good and most staff very knowledgeable and helpful. One not so much on this day, uncommunicative, didn't prompt me about rewards account (I have one), no smiles & no interest in engaging while being served Soon another (more senior I would guess) stepped in and was fantastic, as per normal. A very tall young lady who helped me carry my purchases to the car, gold
Their rewards system is, well, actually rewarding unlike some.
The store as always was clean and organized despite it being 2 days before Christmas.
Does pay to shop around for pet carry cases etc though, cause I purchased mine at Kmart for $60 less with no compromise on quality.
All in all, I highly recommend Pet Stock Henderson, pet friendly environment, Covid safety protocols followed.

I get all my cats needs from there, as my cat has allergies and can't have standard pet food.

The girls at PetStock Henderson are always very friendly and knowledgeable and always take the time to talk to us to provide information and answer our many questions as first time dog owners. They also provide a good grooming service on site, -a shout out to Josie who did Milos groom last week, you were so good with him and did a lovely job, also gave us some great tips for how to best groom at home and what shampoo products are good to use:)
