The service here is so good. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Great range of products at reasonable prices, especially with their loyalty program.

The Girls at PetStock Takapuna are just super wonderful and they have helped me prepare for my Betta's home coming. I got my little dude from here. And he doing great.

This is a great store, it is clean.the staff are extremely helpful and have introduced us to products that I had not even considered. It has made a huge difference to our troublesome ginger boy and has helped his digestion issues. They are also kind - there is a huge amount of road works happening in their area and the pavement is extremely uneven. I had a really nasty fall and they helped me to clean the wounds, cover them and to sit while the shock wore off. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

After being a new cat dad, I have gone here since before adopting to seek supplies or advice, and I always leave satisfied. I think it's a very clean veune that's well stocked with lots of deals. Some supplies I purchase get donated to charity, which I'm all for. And the staff are lovely

As well as buying pet food and dog stuff here, we bring in our wee Rosie to have her nails clipped every 3 weeks. Rosie is a Pomeranian Chihuahua cross and looks super cute… until it’s time to have her nails clipped. Then she turns into a rabid rat! Megan has such a good way with her, and all the patience in the world. We wouldn’t bring our Rosy anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Ordered some pet food online for our fur baby, we
are currently in isolation due to Covid so couldn't pop out to our local PetStock and get the food ourselves.
Delivery was super quick, but what made the delivery so special was a hand written note we found inside our order box

What a great experience at PetStock in Ponsonby today. The lady working there was super helpful and had a spare mask for me as I forgot to bring mine in, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick some treats and dog food for Ziggy, then we topped it off with getting a new name tag engraved while we waited.
Great spot here with easy parking around the back for customers, Ziggy and I highly recommend.

Just want to say thank you to Jahdania from Petstock Ponsonby. Jahdania has always been such delight when we come into store. She really goes over and above with her customer service.

Would avoid the ponsonby one. Called about a cat and came in and asked to see it/hold it. Got told yup - disappeared on me for 5-10 mins and then the staff goes up to the cage and let’s someone else look at the cat.

PETstock does what it says on the label - stocks you up with everything you need for your pet at better prices than the typical vet. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all things pets.

Sarah from Petstock ponsonby was awesome to deal with! I called up to place a phone order and she made the process very easy, gave me recommendations and went out of her way to give me the best service possible. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks guys

Helped at the Lonely Miaow Adoption Day. 24 out of 24 cats adopted. Petstock staff very helpful indeed. Great day.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful, even offering to help me take my purchases to the car. They have a great range of cat food and litter, and always easy to get parking round the back

Got the best service I’ve ever received at a great pet store from Megan. She went out of her way to help me and I can’t stop thinking about how grateful I am. This will be my shop from now on, even though it isn’t the closest to me.

Do not recommend getting your dog groomed here. Dog did not come out how I wanted even though reference photos were provided. Always ask and check on the groomers experience and portfolio. Petstock website does not have the choice to choose the groomer and has no information about the groomer. Cost $90 for a complete shave down of my dog. Over priced and could have had a perfectly groomed dog at a competitors groomer for less.
