Most disappointing. The dog food prices have nearly doubled in the last three years.and Pet Stocks discount offering expire in three months so you never get to use them.
They just lost a once loyal customer.

Followed your suggestion to contact your customer service. What a waste of time. They made excuses / justifications and offered no solution or apology.

Good selection of bits and pieces to satisfy nearly all cats and dogs except mine. More my fault than theirs.

The manager and staff here are excellent. My dog loves going here as much as I do, because of the great friendly service. The store is always clean and there is a good product range. My boy always gets a treat. It's our favourite shop by far.

Always greeted by a warm and friendly hello. Staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are second to none. Whenever i need something for my pet, PETstock is the only place I go.

Friendly staff who already know my dog's name. Good advice and always has stock of my preferred dog food.

Located in the outdoor shopping area. Lots of parking, very busy area. Attendants prompt and friendly. Had the item I was looking for appreciates.

Thank God they are so close to Mt Albert hill. Not far to go after they've had a good roll in the mud.

Always friendly staff who are happy help, good range and their groomer was very joyful who looked after Gizmo very well. Will be booking him again.

My dogs name tag is so good.
They custom engrave it at pet stock and the staff are super friendly and even fit the collar for the dog too.

The prices there are also fantastic and not overpriced like some stores around

Worst groom I’ve ever got for one of my dogs. Asked for a short cut for my fluffy boy - ie shrt summer cut but not shaved …. But was given a splotchy shaving - lots of spots where there was no fur left. Ive honestly never seen him sad before but he is so sad and has been barking at his reflection every time he sees himself.
DONT get your dog groomed here! My lovely 10 month old puppy now looks old and haggard. Worst of all it’s affected his personality.

I'm not sure due to the wife went in but she didn't have any problems or trust me, I would have heard about it.

Was in there and the customer service is shocking. Was first served from a male sales man and he tried to say the flea treatment I was wanting to buy for my cat was 69 dollars and 90 cents which was untrue. The sales lady that eventually served us said it was only 49.50. The really need to learn what customer serves is.shocking idiotic place never recommending anyone to this place they suck.

9/10 everything goes well.but if you are willing to take a chance on your animal being abused go for it.

Nice staff, came to wash my little homie snoopy at their diy grooming station and everything was pretty sweet. Am I weird for expecting warm/hot air with the dryer or is this a normal thing for these grooming stations, otherwise really good experience.cheers team

Seems a good place, but concerned to see cooked chicken wings for sale as any cooked bone especially chicken can shatter with sharp pieces that will likely injure the animal?
