Physio Absolute

Physio Absolute in Browns Bay is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service and messed me around with my booking.

Poor service on numerous occassions its time to raise this.
1. Called to report the start of lower back pain after a consultation. It was cleared that day and the adjustment had failed the first time. After few hours pain started to emerge. No follow up call whatsoever.
2. Booked appointment at 7am. No show by practitioner until 7: 30am. I went to work late as a result.
3. Made an appointment with the chiropractor. They said something about telechat. No call received. No appointment was done.
4. Called the Absolute Physio asking for my acc number. I told her I was not feeling okay with having treatment through the call and asked for the number. I sensed little that she was unhappy. The calltaker said she would have the chiropractor who used to see me me to call me. I told her the chiropractor no longer works there. She became angry in her tone and said she would have the branch to call me. I told her she did not need to get angry and ended the call. No branch called. I sensed that I would not get a follow up call for few reasons so I called my GP instead and got the number right after the call.

I have been there for a long time and I enjoyed speaking with few people there but when it comes to actual request, nothing gets done.

I nave heard about the no showing fee will be charge. They has got no showing fee which cost me to NZD$160.00. Also they used Credit control for no showing fee.worst Physio

They are up to date in their tech with laser and shockwave treatments. Physio Absolute has everything you need - Physio, Acupuncturist, chiropractor and a radiologist. They even have a members card so you can get discounted products from health professionals right through to treatments. I would recommend.
