Physio Connect Browns Bay

Pretty gutted about my experience, I have a physio I normally go to and due to them being heavily booked and myself being in a bit of pain decided to go try these guys out. I booked my appointment to show up and the guy isn't even there. I got told he was on his way so I thought great I don't mind waiting. He arrives only to tell me he can't see me and he tried to rebook me. I understand errors can happen when booking online but it was a total waste of my time. Be careful when booking online as they seem to be having problems.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. My physio Liam took the time to listen to exactly what my issues were and worked out an individual plan for me which worked wonders, he also suggested acupuncture for pain relieve, which is free under ACC, and Brian provided some great pain relieve! I can only recommend this place!

Highly recommend your podiatrist Jinal, best physio treatment I have ever had was with Jinal (I have had a few). I was very impressed with the impeccable care I got given on my foot, she is very thorough. I was treated with such respect throughout all my consultations. I was referred to the physiotherapist, Liam, from a close friend of mine and he was amazing. He explained everything fantastically, did a thorough assessment of the issue I had and the therapy he prescribed worked amazingly well. He will definitely be the physiotherapist I would recommend to anyone and somebody I would trust to go to again for every physio issue I will have.

After a lifting incident in the gym, I was referred to Liam Wong at Physioconnect Browns Bay for shoulder rehab. It has probably one of the best experiences I have with regards to physio and injury recovery. Liam is well-versed in all aspects of physio, he really makes an effort to make sure his clients understand the recovery homework, and how to not only fix, but prevent future injuries. 10/10 service and 10/10 industry knowledge. Highly recommended.

6 weeks ago I injured my knee and struggled to walk. I contacted Physio Connect and made an appointment with Liam Wong. Liam was incredibly friendly and thorough in his assessment and treatment. After going for xrays and an ultrasound Liam gave me exercises to work on. He was very positive, helpful and encouraging. I would certainly go back. Thank you

I sprained my lower back badly moving house. My friend recommended Liam the physio and I have never looked back. He is super professional and very knowledgeable. My back is feeling much better and much stronger.

Never even got to see a physio. Booked an appointment for the tuesday, called to confirm and got no reply. Emailed them explaining my situation and still no reply until the thursday. The reply said was a blunt message saying "Sorry it was not us who you booked with I’m afraid". I had called 3 times all with no replies so i left a message and had still no reply. Called another company and answered straight away with no hassles at all.

This is not a review on the physiotherapists themselves. Im sure if i was able to get the work done that it would be a different story but the process of booking an appointment was terrible and I never even got one.

Fantastic staff, well educated and they really know their stuff. I always felt like I've been looked after but especially the fact that I didn't feel I was just another patient on the day, even 5hough all my appointments were at the end of the day. No ACC surcharge which I think is a big thing these days. Highly recommended
