Physio Connect Rosedale - North Shore Physiotherapy

If only I could give a negative review, I would. The Podiatrist Jimmy Wang is always late for appointments, very rude when talking to his patient and doesn't show sympathy to his patient's injury. Worst ACC claim ever. No wonder the reviews here are from a long time ago.

Made my son wait for almost an hour. Found the whole experience a complete waste of time. What a rip off!

My physiotherapy guardian angel Tanamera Ischner, she is great, a genuine caring person, very knowledgeable and very helpful and really had a positive influence in my recovery process

Patrick (physio therapist) and Angela (acupuncturist) are excellent. Both helped me recover from my back injury. Patrick made sure i do my exercises to get stronger not just recover from pain. Angela is awesome, she is so supportive and gives lots tips when needed to recover and build strength as well. She has perfect pressure and changes the treatment as needed.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Impossible to get through to there 0800 number! After calling for 5 days and not getting back, ended up walking up to front door to make booking. The physio was upright rude and just not interested at all. Sent me out in 15 minutes when I was booked in for a whole hour. AVOID!

I received injury rehab from Physio Connect and in particular from Jess Douglas-Withers. I've found the level of support and professionalism to be really impressive. Jess has helped me gain back my confidence where I felt really limited before due to my injury. Jess made specialist referrals when needed and managed every aspect of my care with real care and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend Jess and Physio Connect.

Had a lower back issue for a while, but it was set right with Andrew Croft at Physio Connect within a few weeks. The stretches and exercises were well thought of and made a big difference. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Physio Connect Rosedale! Jess has been my physio for a year now and has helped me with exercises to build muscle in order to manage pain and discomfort from a hip labrum tear. She is very efficient, professional and friendly and easy to talk to - everything you could want in a physiotherapist. She has always been very good with me changing appointment times when needed and always easily contactable via txt/call. Overall, great clinic with expert physios!

I highly recommend Physio Connect Rosedale Team. Jess was my Physio and she was so Amazing. She is very professional and friendly, she helped me with my back injury. Regularly sending me exercises and good text communication for appointments. I would definitely recommend Jess.
I also took Acupuncture treatment for the first time from Kim and she is so lovely. I was little bit scared with needles but she was so good that I didn't even felt it. Thankyou so much for Great help.

I had back surgery 10 years ago and have suffered with back pain ever since, just the severity would differ from day to day. I recently did something I shouldn't have and I was in severe pain and ended up at Physio Connect. Thanks to Jess I now have little discomfort and will keep up the exercise routine. 7 months ago I had an impactful accident that required professional physiotherapy. A friend has referred me to Ashley at Physio Connect. I've been seeing her for months now and every time I feel welcome and well taken care of. Ashley is a fantastic physio therapist, she gave me plenty of advise and does a great job with helping me to recover. She knows what she is doing. The rosedale team is experienced, professional and always greet me with a smile.

Jess was my physiotherapist, she was quick to diagnose i had tennis elbow and started my treatment. The process was very efficient with the scans also i was referred to a surgeon and sports specialist so i was completed covered and aware of the options i had. Best part is Jess starts work at 7 am which made the appointments easy for me to manage. Nice work Jess!

These guys are great. Very easy to book with. Good text communication for appointments. Jess was my physio for rehab of my broken shoulder. She explained everything in simple to understand terms as well as the correct technical terms, this gave me great confidence in her knowledge and understanding as well as allowing me to better understand the process that I was going through. Jess was very easy to talk to and made me feel completely at ease from the first appointment. I would recommend Physio Connect and especially Jess. Thank you.

I can highly recommend Jess at Rosedale Physio Connect. She was super helpful and lovely and helped me get back to doing the things I wanted to do after a knee injury.
The only thing about physio connect was it was quite difficult to change a booking, you have to ring an 0800 number and often have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back.

Was previously being treated at their Westgate clinic, its nice to see the same quality and care given here too. Thanks!

It was a great experience, very friendly service, Monica the podiatrist was very professional and knew what she was doing to make the treatment a pleasant experience for me. Definitely would come back again and ask for her. Overall would definitely recommend!

You can't beat the Staff at Rosedale, they are just on to it. Very professional, caring and passionate about their job and the health and welfare of those they care for on a daily basics. Hands down the Best of Best. Would recommend them in a heart beat. You guys ROCK!
