Physio Connect Westgate

I visited Physio connect for my knee injury and Mikee (Mikhaela) Cruz was my physio. She is an amazing physio and highly recommend her. During the first appointment, she gave me confidence about the recovery process and my injury. She is genuinely interested and cares about the people. I am so glad I chose to see Mikee and absolutely happy with my recovery under 6 weeks.

My experience with Chris was wonderful. She is the most knowledgeable physiotherapist I have ever seen. I went in for some shoulder pain after a ski accident, then she diagnosed my problem was not only because of the accident, but my work satiation set up and working habit. Once receive her treatment and keep practicing the stretch excises, my long going back problem has improved significantly. We had interesting talks around outdoor sports and general health improvement. The whole experience cannot be better. I strongly recommend whoever wants to get their back problem sorted to see Chris. Hope she can be my physio of the life.

My experience with Physio Connect Westgate was wonderful. First, the staff that looked after me was lovely. Mikhaela "Mikee" Cruz (Physiotherapy) and Boon (acupuncture) did a great job, they are very professional, organised, and friendly and my rehabilitation was super-fast. Secondly, their installations are nice, calm, and appropriate for physio and acupuncture. And finally, the location is great, easy access with plenty carpark nearby.

Excellent service. Michael is the most informative, thorough Physio I have ever encountered. I went from struggling with a very frustrating back injury to pain-free within weeks. The exercises, stretches and guidance were exceptional. I am now back to doing my baseline workouts pain-free and with new techniques to avoid re-injury. Life changing. Highly recommend!

I had appt with Junior Physio on the 21/06/22
At 1pm. A young boy took me in the room and he said i have been squeezed in the appointments and it will be only short appointement, i was wearing thick jumper which was covering my back neck as well and he didnt even told me to take of the jumper, as i had neck injury, he was touching from the top of the jumper and i did ask him if he wants me to take off the jumper, he said no. I couldnt feel a thing what he was doing to my neck and shoulder. After 10 mins of buslhit talking which i was told by their other previous physio he told me will make another appointment. I took my time off from work to see them and it was just a waste. I wasnt told that i have been squeezed in the appointement when i initially made the appointment, if i get a appointment and you get paid for it, i want you guys to check me up properly, i come there for treatment not to wast my time.

Injured my back and was unable to walk properly for almost a week. Saw the legend, Boon, for acupuncture and he got me standing tall in one session! Def worth a visit if you injured

I saw brigid for my knee injury On my first visit she was so helpful, showed me on a model what had happened and gave me information on what to do next. Brigid put me at ease at a time that i needed it.

Saw Michael for my daughters back. He was lovely and very knowledgeable. Gave her some stretches to do, and once her back was sorted, she can continue her own back care at home. Well worth a visit if you've got a few kinks to sort out!

Have always had a fantastic experience at Physio Connect. My most recent experience was with Adam who helped me recover from a knee injury and offered a lot of helpful advice around futureproofing my body for ongoing physical activity that I now implement into my weekly routine.

I've also had amazing acupuncture from Boon, something I'd had a poor experience with previously but now recommend to everyone. Both Boon and Helen (now at Physio Connect Glenfield) rehabilitated me for an entire year and I was able to fully recover from a bad injury.
