Amazing experience using Pink Bins - such speedy service (arrival of bin and then collection). Customer service and responsiveness exceptional - highly recommend!

I've required 3 of the largest bins in the last month. I found all the drivers to be very courteous and pleasant. Delivery and pickups were pre-advised and arrived as expected. The promotion to keep a bin for a few weeks over the break was fantastic, no 3 day rush to fill it!
Overall, I found Pink Bins to offer a really good service and highly recommend them.

Awesome service from the customer services, very friendly and accomodating! If you wish to get an afternoon pickup, you can request for it, and it could happen. The only inconvenience I had was when the bin was delivered, the door was on the other side, rather than being on the side of the gate so that it’s easier to open the bin and throw things in, we had to walk around the bin to open the door and throw rubbish in which consumed some time. Other than that awesome service! Thank you!

We were very happy with customer service, easy to reach, easy to organise. The only thing would be that they delivered around 3pm for 2 days but picked it up at 8am so not 2 days as per hire.

NEVER GO WITH PINK BINS ESPECIALLY FOR ELDERLY MEMBERS, SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDENESS AND SCAMMING ELDERLY FOR MORE MONEY

Great service. Plenty of communication. Driver phone before drop off and pick up. Both were spot on time. Service could not have been better.

They were on time for drop off and pick up. They also managed what I thought was difficult access with ease and speed. Very good work.

We used pink bins to clear a decent amount of excess that had built up from both house and garden as we needed to get the house ready for sale.
It felt really good to clear things knowing that the pink company operate with good environmental standards in terms of recycling.
I gave new parts of my brain available after clearing so much junk and the house feels so bright and airy. Wish we’d done this ages ago!
