4They are currently doing construction around our street in South Auckland and the communication between the company and the resident's have been very poor. Not impressed and with their workers being rude and inconsiderate. There has been multiple occasions where they have done the concrete and tar-seal in front of our house without giving us any notice, and not even communicating where to park our cars. Not to mention dirt within our waters and waters being turned off constantly without us knowing. Lack of communication and consideration from this company. Not happy
Great project with a really meaningful social purpose, trying to do a lot of good for the region. Very committed and hard working staff, from the receptionists at quay street, to labourers and operators, to great construction engineering and design engineering teams.
Good drive nice and clean region community is friendly easy access to public transportation and shops.
The Northcote development
I have lived here through the deconstruction and now the reconstruction of Northcote. It has been a learning curve and they have adjusted according. Communication has got much better. Great job Piratahi
