Used Pit Stop New Lynn a few times over the years for smaller jobs and always been impressed with their speed and pricing. Good, honest bunch of people.

Had Rav4 serviced and gave Scott & Team a note with my various concerns (auto filter, aircleaner etc) They completed the service accurately and quickly to. The biggest benefit of this team is that they listen, are qualified to do the work, its get done properly in a clean and tidy workshop which reflects their values. Excellent and trustworthy, they've a client for life! My son is very happy with their standard to!

Done a full servicing of my car there couple of weeks ago. Car feels real smooth. Just noticed that they also cleaned my headlights. Thank you guys for the awesome job.

Excellent experience today, from ease of booking a service, to the accurate wait time estimation, and good customer interaction. Greatly appreciated education of what will need to be replaced in due course with no pressure to purchase additional products on the spot, which (as a woman alone) is the usual spiel delivered under the guise that my car will collapse once driven out the carpark. Scott helped us out a lot because AA New Lynn ripped me off after being a loyal customer. Scott and his team at Pitstop New Lynn did an excellent job. I will consider using them going forward if they continue to service there customers fair. At the end of the day we need repair shops that do good and not rip people off. I got my WOF and tire fitting done here and the service is 10/10. Scott and his staff were all helpful.

I phoned in to describe an engine misfire problem I was experiencing with my car. They didn’t have the diagnostic equipment I needed, so they helpfully referred me to another nearby specialist. They gave honest up front advice to make sure my time wasn’t wasted. That’s giving all round great service, even to the non-paying customer!

I have taken my car to Pit Stop New Lynn twice now. Both times the customer service was amazing. As a woman with little car-related knowledge, I really appreciated how decisions were explained, so I clearly understood what needed to be done and why. I also absolutely appreciated how work that didn’t need to be done wasn’t carried out (when it easily could have been, and I would have been none the wiser). Bad attitude, looked like he doesn't understand our English. He told us that we need to order a tiny thing from the car company, while the company says the thing comes with the part we need. So we went to another pit stop but they didn't have any problems, fixed in 20 minutes!

I had a list of service requirements, full service and oil change, rotation of tyres, play in suspension which required a new part and to top off the warrant was renewed. Dropped car off at 9am and it was finished around 2pm. Very happy with the service. I love being able to get multiple jobs done in the one place.
