Lance and his team did an amazing job. Great customer service and I walked away feeling Lance had provided great value for money.

Quick service. Completed on the day as car was needed. Labour absorbs most of billing however I guesstimated “ yip is worth it”- no issue with car now. (As a female there’s always a risk - we get “ ripped off by servicemen. ”)

Lance and his colleagues from PitStop Greenlane stepped right up to TOP SHELF for us. On our way to the BeachHop in Whangamatā the brakes in our 1968 Camaro blew up. Even after hours Lance provided outstanding customer service and helped us get the car back on the road by 1.00pm the next day and we were absolutely stoked. It wouldn’t have happened without Lance! This is my first time visiting the Pit Stop Greenlane, I think the team did a good job. Job done on time and for price quoted.

Amazing level of service, super quick, great pricing and has the human touch. Recommend these guys to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

Service was good and friendly everything was good apart from having my rim protectors damaged when taking them off the wheels to fit new tyres so i couldnt use them again as they were damaged and had to get new ones fitted which cost me an extra $300

Lance is a real Kiwi old skool. He puts in huge effort and time to secure what you want, is ready for your arrival in a really clean, organised & tidy professional garage. Gives you a quote and it ends up cheaper than he expected and so bills cheaper. Therefore I see honesty and integrity, a rare find now adays. A breed of Kiwi I admire most.
