Car Service and problem diagnostics service here is awesome. I have been using Pit Stop Botany for last 3-4 years, all our family cars get the serviced from here. Car service technicians and the owner are skilled, love the friendly service.

My car failed WOF and I went to take it straight to Pit Stop Botany to see if they can fix the issue, they immediately went to look for a good, affordable price for my mirror indicator. The parts arrived and they called me straight away to get it replaced. Good price and affordable and they even took my car to do the WOF recheck Very happy, will definitely use their service again!

Restored my faith in the Pit Stop brand. Car failed a WOF and I was able to drop off get fault fixed and they even took it back next door for a WOF re- inspection. Cost was spot on with estimate, and it was such a smooth experience. Totally recommend.

I called them and took my car in and the fixed my car within an hour. Amazing staff, customer service 10/10. No way your car leave there unsafe. Owner is an amazing lad!

Very impressed with the professional, friendly, and outstanding service I received and great care they took. They helped me out urgently to get my car back on the road safely for a weekend trip, after my car failed a WOF. Conveniently located next to the VTNZ, they went the extra mile and took it through to pass the WOF after the repair. Highly recommend. Would bring my car here again.

Fast and efficient, I rang with car engine trouble first thing in the morning and fixed before lunch and at a real good price

I recently took my car to Pitstop Botany after failing my WoF and needing some work done on my brakes. I also took the opportunity to get an oil change and a full vehicle check.
At all times, Mohammed kept in contact with me about the progress of the work and finished on time and to a high standard. I mentioned a couple of things what might need looking at and rather than just replace them as I suggested, Mohammed checked them and told me that they were fine and didn't need to be replaced, actually saving me money.
When I went and picked up my car, Mohammed had actually taken my car back to the inspection centre and got my WoF for me. Amazing service.
I will 100% take my car back to him for any repairs. Mohammed is a genuine and honest man who I can totally recommend.

My car made sudden noises and so I went to the nearest store open. I was served immediately and last minute with excellence service. The team did an amazing job and were able to get me on the road quickly. I would recommend their service!

Mo and the team were awesome. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed within a day so I could get back on the ferry home. It was so worth booking the car ferry over to get the job done pronto rather than waiting on island time! Highly recommend and will definitely book in for next service
