Took my Euro in for a suspension dash light, John was all too happy to help and took my car in on a Saturday with quotes ready on the Monday as promised. There were constant updates throughout the entire process and I had options to choose from as well regarding the repair. Awesome service and great prices to match. Any time is not a good time to have car issues but seriously, Eve of Christmas Eve, suuuuuck!
I'd tried 2 places in Papakura and 1 in Papatoetoe - no go Understand able.
9am, Random drive by, saw Pit Stop was open, tried my luck and yay they took me in. Excellent service, friendly as, trust worthy and appreciated the simple explanation of what my car needed.
$65 compared to the 3 other places for the diagnostic scan going at $90.
Gold Star, Pit Stop Takanini. Definitely coming back

Thorough with the inspection, clear when describing the issue and options friendly and honest. My car was too far gone to fix and instead of making me fork out for this and that they told me straight up, scrap her its not worth your money. No much around just straight talk gotta appreciate that guys thank you.

Wanted to use local for my Service and WOF and boy am I glad I did. The team at Pitstop Takanini was outstanding. Got a free WOF with my service which was nice and then they were quick to advise I had two nails in my front tyre and if I would like it fixed, quickly explained price and so I said. "Of course". I found them to be polite, professional and a job well done. Next WOF I will be heading back to Pitstop Takanini

A+ for customer service didn't try sell me stuff I didn't need told me what I would need to pass a warrant when it's due and rang me before they did anything to let me know price was going to be $10 different then quoted. Friendly team.
