Would never go back to these donkeys again.book a service and pay just under $400 for my BMW. Told front 2 tyres are good but will need changing in the next 6 months. Take car for a warrant and he fails it straight away on the 2 tyres. Speak to the manager and he just says, he must of been having a bad day.

Don't even deserve a 1 star tbh.

Fixed, overpriced services.
I took my car in for an oil and filter change and 25 point service.
They increased the price an extra $100 just because I have a hybrid.
I was charged the full amount for 4.5L of oil even though they only used 3.5L of oil.
Also, I was not given any notes for each check completed on my car.
I mentioned this to them but they said the prices are set so they aren't able to change it depending on what's used.
Also, they said they only write down if there is a problem with the vehicle but do not give a detailed report on each check completed during a service.

Overall, disappointed in this experience and will not be going back.

I was impressed by their timing, estimated 2 hrs and took 1 hour. Impressed by their bill and Super impressed by getting extra10% of parts with GOLD card. *****

The team at Pitstop Westgate have proven to be extremely professional and helpful over the years with my cars. The attitude is great, with no job too big or too small including the occasional custom bit of work. Most recently really loving the muffler modification which has given new life to my 911 and at a very reasonable price. Used to go all the way out from Massey to Pukekohe for a famous high performance workshop there, if only I had realised sooner there is a highly competent team near by! Recommend for your auto servicing/repair needs.

Mike, Sandeep and the whole Team at Pitstop Westgate are Superb Maestro when it comes to fixing and giving excellent maintenance to my company car and owned personal car. They get the job done 110% all the time with much care and technical knowledge (Japanese, Euro, Korean, American cars). The best thing is they always provide you with great insights and recommendations of what's best for your car at reasonable parts cost and charges. Reliable and honest if they cannot do the job they always have recommendations to network of jobbers and auto mechanics. Came here for getting a car service and wof. Impressed with their quick and good service. And it opens on Saturday!

They replaced my break pad in 50% less price quoted by the guy next door.
Also on recent occasions when my car headlight had some issues, technician checked the issue and honestly mentioned about loose connection and fixed it withoout any charge. Appreciate their honesty!

Legend of a guy just fixed my exhaust with a rattle took all of 15 mins. Good service and knowledge definitely go here

Replaced spark plugs and igonition coil. Got the job done quickly and well.
Though the mechanic got a bit grumpy when I shown the 10% discount from CSC membership when paying, as he complained that i should have shown the discount when I was giving the quote.
But overall car reparing experience was good.

Had to change the engine oil and filter on my wife’s car, and the Team did it quickly, and the price was good too!

Standard garage, but really great staff. Knowledge, or knows how to get your answers. They care about their clients. They've been the caretaker of my car for the last 4 years or so.
