Steve is amazing and gave me advice about what model of car I should get next, and always does an amazing job on my car.

This fulla is the tahi (one), he reset my istop (I didn't even ask, thank you so much), awesome job done and didn't have to wait all day for my car. See ya next job Steve Ford.

I brought my car in this pit stop branch to get my car checked. It lasted for about 2 hours. Steve was very professional and helpful to the point he checked the WOF of my vehicle and was told that it was expired since February. I bought my car through a dealer and I was told that upon selling it will comes with a 1 year WOF. I had an anxiety after that comment with Steve that I urgently give the dealer a call to complain. But at the end, the dealer had mentioned that indeed the car comes with 1 year WOF and it shows in nzta website too.

I dunno of where Steve got the information that my car is driven without an active warrant but its not true. I dont know which website he checked shows it is expired but in reality it is not.

Price $ - expect the quote you are given is not the final price, I purchased the package check and after billed, apparently GST was not included

I am trying to get hold of the owner of Pit Stop Browns Bay Duncan Jones quiet urgently. I am the owner of a small business, Browns Bay Tyres. He has unfortunately not paid his bills and as a small business it is putting my business under stress, as I have already supplied them the tyres for their customers. From what I understand he is not responding to the other local suppliers/businesses that he owes money to as well. He is not responding through the normal channels available to me. Pit Stop Browns Bay Continues to operate normally. I have also contacted the Pit Stop NZ group but they have stated they cant be held responsible for his action and they cant help me. I am hoping that he is ok and if he can contact me as soon as possible. This is the last resort in trying to get hold of him as normally I would not post things of this manner on a community page.

Very Impressed with the service and care Marcus and the Team put into my Jeep. They went above and beyond what was asked of them, even reworking my exhaust when a poor quality gasket was provided to them, while sticking to the quoted price. Worse place to take your care, did not fix the issues and the my car engine had a blow out due to them not finding the issue, Had to replace my engine at a cost of 4k
