Very good service from Dani and the boys. The only thing that is lacking from the shop is solid communication. Other than that, happy with the work done on my car.

I have taken both my cars to Pit Stop for the last 5 years and am extremely satisfied with the quality of service they have given.

Such an irresponsible people working and I won't recommend this to anyone. I lost my two days pay trying to do a WOF.

Very happy in the service I received yesterday, called in the morning and fitted my car in and had it sorted promptly.

Friendly mechanics, good coomunication, fast and percise. Think I use this services as my main mechanics from here on out. Plus tgey have afterpay so its easier on the pocket. 5 stars is not enough.

Took my car to get a new aeriel fitted as the other one was not working instead of doing it properly they somehow folded out the inside edge of my front guard denting the hell out of it didnt even bother to bend it back in when finished, i took it back was told no it was like that when you brought it in which it wasnt, they basically put it on the hoist bashed it back in with a rubber hammer and that was it, my guard is a mess compared to what it was b4 taking it there i paid 180 buks for them to ruin my guard, have had a quote to repair it and will cost alot more to fix im on a benefit and cant afford to fix my car thanks so much guys

First time using Pit Stop. So I tried their service packages option. Great full for their call back for other faults found, two bulbs replacement and a puncture tyre. Cost kept at a reasonable price, I recommend Pit Stop to anyone or everyone

This is a well deserved five stars pit stop due to their professional service. We took our work van for an expiry WOF and they even did our 6 months full service fixing some of the maintenance. I generally go for my WOF and servicing. I find the staff very cooperative and helpful. That's my go to stop for all my worries about my car. Greatly recommend!

First time customer here at Pit Stop Otahuhu, booked in online for a WOF, booking was easy, communication could be better as I had to ring them to see whether my car was done or not but friendly and professional service. Reasonable cost for tyre and WOF. They will be my new regular mechanic.
