And thanks also for going the extra mile giving me a sump plug washer which was causing oil to leak with no extra charge! Not sure what Clayton and his team have done my Mark-X! I handed over a simple set of wheels for service, but what they returned to me is a turbocharged beast that practically takes flight. I'm not sure what kind of engine upgrade they secretly performed. Thrilled about my sudden membership in the 'Fast and Furious' club! "

Went into Pukekohe Pit stop for my car. Such great friendly service from the team. Even took my car to VTNZ for it's WOF.

I took my car in for a general service & I was informed that my car would require 2 tyres & a wheelalinement which was good of them to tell me &they changed my headlight bulbs to the correct type as the ones I had were the wrong ones. All in all the service was very good.
Great service and quick turn around. I had a minor exhaust leak that VTNZ failed. So I booked in with Pitstop Pukekohe, They fixed my exhaust issue and even did the WOF recheck for me saving me doing it myself. Great customer service, thanks again.

Great team at Pit Stop Pukekohe. They sorted my brake problems and ran it next door for the WOF recheck.

Great greeting at reception, before and after job was done.
Overall it was good. I left my car around 8am, was done by 12-noon. Longer than expected. Also I have provided my own oil, engine can receive 5.5L, I have them 6L. Leftover wasn’t given back to me as it usually should.
Next time I will have to ask to have it back.
Didn't actually go to Pit Stop Pukekohe but sent an enquiry via their website regarding having a towbar fitted which they advertise as a service on the Pit Stop website.
Have had no response at all.
If they don't want or can't do it then just quick a reply saying can't help would do.
Recently had 2 family vehicles needing general services and othe checks. As always Clayton welcomes you and remembers ones name which dosnt happen that often in business today. Communicates when vehicle is ready and over the years the vehicles have been ready at the time he tells you when you drop off. IWe have always found pricing fair and resonable. Had WOF and service. My whole family takes there car’s and van here. They are awesome, so nice and they do a Thorough job. Also they help to point you in the right direction if you need another professional service that they don’t provide A+ service
Paid huge Technician Fees, $313.00, on recent service at PitStop, but doesn’t match the bill! “
“ cleaned and adjusted washer jets”, verbally advised they were now functioning, but they’re not any different, thats huge money and hours, to have no noticeable change -
The Rocket Cover/ oil leak is much improved.
