Great service. Wide range of party entertaining goodies. Knowledgeable staff who when I explained what I wanted offered suggestions. I was getting decor for new grand daughters nursery. I had asked parents for ideas and colours and they were delighted. Easy access parking. A steep ramp to shop but staff stood by while I negotiated by way down in the wet.

Great selection of balloons and online and in-person service. The helium filled foil balloons we got looked great for over a week. Would recommend!

Dea was so helpful over the phone, guiding me through photos on their website to best help me decide what colours and what balloons would work for what I needed. The balloons were spectacular!

The workers are great! The senior management needs to step in and do some work though, one of the most discouraging things I have seen as a customer there is the miss treatment of workers from management, it is not good. Hard to Spend money at a place knowing its a toxic work environment.

Today I found Pixie Party Boutique. It's a great little store with everything you need for a party including cake decorations! I wish I had found it sooner. I highly recommend it

Such amazing service, we needed balloons super last minute.spoke to the lovely Jenny who was able to get this done late Friday evening for delivery Monday morning for an event. The balloons were exactly what we wanted and the service was impeccable, highly recommended!

We had our gender reveal party balloon organised for us by my partner’s sister. We popped the balloon on the day to reveal pink confetti that made us jump up and down with joy. 10 seconds into the happy moment, we were stopped by my partner’s tearful sister who told us that “Sorry they got the balloon wrong - you’re having a boy”. We look back now and laugh because we didn’t care what the gender was and it is a funny story to tell, however it shouldn’t have happened. It was a ruined moment for us and our family (and I’m guessing another couple as two balloons must have been switched). They should have a better system in place to check this doesn’t happen. Luckily my partner’s sister had opened the envelope and seen the gender before giving it to the store, because if we’d just given them the envelope and relied on them, we would probably still think we were having a girl. The store gave us a refund and 2 smoke bombs as an apology to take a photo with, but we let these off and were hugely disappointed at the little puff of smoke they released. No happy gender reveal photo for us

Good range of products and excellent customer service! The young lady there was very kind and helpful in recommending me with certain decorations for my girlfriend’s 21st.
Only downside were the items were quite pricey and parking was very limited.

She's so helpful and responsive, really look after me and recommend me some cool party stuff to enhance my living room decorations.

I ordered online during level 3 for my son’s first birthday. Communication was prompt and detailed, Tracey arranged courier delivery and packaging for the bunch of big balloons to arrive beautifully. Will definitely use again for party needs

Just ordered some ballons for my best friend's birthday there and everything was perfect! They have such a bug choice of products in their store and the service was amazing! My best friend loved it!

I was happy with the birthday balloons I ordered. They had the balloon in stock that I was looking for and the helium lasted for a number of days in the normal balloons and the birthday balloon is showing no signs of deflation after two weeks.

Extremely expensive limited range of goods and not overly friendly staff this is on more than one occasion hence my urge to review your better off going to look sharp parking is also an absolute mere!
