Pizza Club - Avondale

Hi there,
Starting from my order, 1× vegetarian slingshot and 1x spicy corn delight. Really Soggi pizza and unbaked, I can still taste the dough. Not tasty at all both pizzas. Will try the City one next time, hope they still have the original taste. Change your pizza maker at Avondale please or train them well. Thanks

Best takeaway pizza in Auckland. Fast, dozens of different choices, delicious. Highly recommended.

Sharing the Experience of 3 orders in last 3 months.
Experience 1: Ordered Chicken Chipotle, chicken was not cooked properly, had a talk with their shift manager, he replied that they recently changed their chicken supplier and are working on it.

Experience 2: Order on Chicken Tandoori Pizza with a thin crust, Spicy garlic bread and Veges on phone. Not paid proper attention to the order details. Made Chicken Tandoori Pizza with a normal base and Normal Garlic Bread. Apart from that kept me waiting for almost 45 mins and result was not you ordered. They did gave me complementary spicy garlic bread next time.

Experience 3: Same as experiance 1 Ordered Chicken Chipotle yesterday, chicken was not at all cooked properly.

This is not the same pizza club Avondale taste where I have tastes their best Pizzas across all branches in Auckland. Either their staff or Shift manager is not taking the job seriously.

Great service.arrived half an hour early for an online order and they managed to get it ready in 10 min.

First thing first.best pizza on this planet! We have ordered chicken slingshot and a butter chicken pizza with some sides, we really enjoyed each and every bite of our pizza. Sides were amazing too
I was waiting for my oder in the store and was just observing how you guys manage. I was really impressed with everyone behind the counter, very professional, well organized, happy faces and very welcoming atmosphere. The lady at the counter was very polite and making sure that customer do not wait for longer time, she was keep updating us that how long it's going take to finish our order packaging. I would like to give a heads up to the person who was cutting and packing up the pizzas. He was very focused and working with proper hygiene Levels. Store itself was looking well cleaned and super organized. Thank you so much for serving us the amazing pizzas and I wish you all the best to your team. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family. Great work

Cant track your order once made even thou it says you can, very frustrating. Otherwise Pizzas are great

They have awesome pizza definitely but I don't know why sometimes they work like they have to deliver on Time. With JIT they have to maintain the standard of taste. On 3rd July we ordered half n half cheese lovers and Veg. Stinger.look how they cut instead of 50/50 it's 60/40. My partner ordered Veg Mazama.which is always good but this time it tastes exactly like Veg Stinger once they serve Spicy Tandoori Bites without any masala and onion I went back they changed but it's not professional working way.

Placed an order for a chicken Tandoori pizza spoke to gentleman named Nikhil and he actually did what he said made the best pizza ever another added Star for the service that's promised and delivered.

My partner, her sister and I wanted to eat spicest pizza in vegetarian. We requested the team member Sandip and Priya to suggest us and they made us the best spicy pizza. We all get memories of India.

Very bad customer service and staff didn't kept his word.
Gave the order on phone and with clear details, still the staff made the wrong pizza and when complaint about it the staff told he'll deliver the pizza but in very next statement he said you'll have to come and pick it up and then started making reasons that none of the other staff has full driving licence.

I ordered pizza online. They said I can pick you between 7: 11-7: 26pm. I went to pick up at 7: 10pm. It was already cold. I asked the lady and she is trying to justify I have chosen asap. So they made it earlier. Then they should have sent me to collect between 7: 00-7: 10pm. I am disappointed. I usually order from them. They were good. Looks like their service is gradually degrading.

I eat pizza at pizza club stlukes all the time there pizza is really good but cause it closes at 10: 30 had to go to avondale and pizza there just sucked the crust was way too oily and the pizza didn't have enough sauce on it. I order for pizza club stlukes every week and avondale pizza is just inferior.

I choked on the pizza and it was very spicy. I cried to death im sorry. Maybe if you are planning to try this place, I reccomend you tell them to make the food less spicy cause oh my god I still have tears in my eyes ;-;

Best pizza i've had to date! The family loved it too. I'll be buying all my pizzas from Pizza club going forward. Even got a complimentary icecream for mothers day too! The customer service was also

The staff of this store was very poor to communicate except manager, finally I got respond from him, my son found “ Piece of Lid (plastic) ” when he was eating Tandoori Chicken Pizza, always always always mess with this store, never visit again,

I have bought pizza from here few times and i tried the Desi prawn one. Very spicy and nice.

The taste was amazing as always. We have always had good experience before. However we were disappointed this time about how our issue was handled. We ordered 1 butter chic and 1 cranberry chic. But we recieved 2 cranberry ones. Did not realise it till the kids started eating. Kids dug into both boxes. Called the avondale store to raise our concern. We were asked to put together pieces from both boxes make one full pizza and bring it back to the store to recieve a replacement. We were told that they are not able to deliver because they are busy. We had to drive twice and there was no Acknowledgement of that, no apology.no compensation.

The pizzas from pizza club are usually good. However, they are definitely expensive especially with the add ons. Customer service could be an area of improvement.

Worst service, no proper communication and no real time for pick up.
For them 20 minutes equal to 50 minutes.
Getting worst service day by day.
