Amazing i visited many time there and the staff nature is also so coperative and the taste of pizza is tooo good

Location is inconvenient (far away from public transport) but staff are friendly and admit their mistakes when they make one with compensation.

Waiting time is long (20 minutes) but food quality is high.

Pizza Hut mobile application offer customers affordable meal deals.

I personally recommend having XL Triple Cheese. It is too large for 1 person, so it is good for sharing.

Cannot be compared with bad Pizza Hut Hobson Street, where a short black Indian man has PhD in enraging customers and provide garbage quality pizza (for example, cheese is on only one side of pizza).

The customer service is so terrible the lady who answered the phone got angry when we told her we had received the wrong pizza on delivery, before hand we had rung the delivery driver to let him know and he didn't do anything until we rung the store 30 min after we called him first, awful place just make a pizza at home

They are horrible when it comes to customer service, paid for order online $60 worth food which we were unable to pick up due to emergency and they simply refuse to refund or to provide voucher for future. Never gonna bother with this place ever again! Also put through official complaint to pizza hut which never got any response either. Sent follow up email to pizza hut like three times but never heard anything back. Pizza hut simply don't care about their customers please avoid coming here if you want good customer experience

Minus 5.for the girl who is working today on store and picking up calls, Ordered on phone and she took our order and our delivery never arrived, when I called after 35 min she told me that she will call me back as delivery driver is not in store, she never called back, I asked her how long it will take and she told half an hour and after this when I tried to call her back she put phone line on busy, terrible service, it happened on 20 may Sunday afternoon around 3, the girl working and picked up my call is not at a good worker

After trying so many pizza shops, finally found pizza shop are great with lots of toppings, love this pizza hut and very friendly staff they all are new team member highly recommended

The worst experience in customer service from this store. The young girl behind the counter is rude. And the manager is just as bad some training in how to treat your customers will go along way especially when you spend a lot of money at Pizza Hut will never come to this store again nor do I recommend anyone coming there

When paying $14 for a bacon, cheese and aioli pizza - you’d expect more than one piece of cut up streaky bacon across the whole pizza and not so much garlic that the sauce of the pizza is brown - absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

My first time personaly i work at tbe port of Auckland The lady was so nice and kind 11 out of ten would be my score 5 is to low

It's OK, customer service is as expected at a pizza joint, gets real busy evenings and weekends. Handy situated next door to a liquor store, pizza and boos if that is what floats your boat.

Your workers are too busy on there phone to take the orders of people instore. Never coming back

Since the new owners the pizzas have been well topped, great customer service and efficient. Probably the best Pizza Hut in nz

I think the new owners have had for a little while now. I ordered a super supreme last night and it was even better than the super Supremes of 20 years ago. Jam packed with topping, juicy, excellent base and cooked just right. I have to say its the best Pizza I have had in a very long time. Loved every bite of it

Late night snack onion rings are bomb. Pizza undercooked. Restaurant brand ranch and onion rings (same as Carl's jr) = banger

The pizzas are normally good, however the sourdough base they do I personally do not like and it creates massive bubbles throughout the pizza which makes it unpleasant to eat and the topping fall off and I don't really like what they have recently done with the prices they have made changes but to decrease a small hand full of pizzas but to do that Pizza hut has hiked up the prices of all other pizzas which doesn't really work out or make it worth it. I will say the deals are good and nothing beats Pizza hut Onion rings though

The WORSTcustomer service ever! The food never came I found myself waiting outside for half an hour, I called twice and had to go personally and the whole time they ignored me and didn't want to refund my money, and didn't give me the food either I'm still waiting for my refunds. Quay store are the worst service!

Gold grade pizzas! Placed a late night order at 11 on 20th Feb for 3 XL pizzas and garlic break to feed the drunks. Was prepared for mediocre pizzas to to just eat and pass out but boy was I wrong. By far the best pizzas we’ve had in a long long time. Perfect toppings, the crunchy crusts. Pizza hut you changed the night for us drunks. God bless and thank you!
