Ordered several veg, non veg pizzas and sides.

This is actually for my kid's birthday party. We ordered over the phone and preferred to pick it up when ready.

We mentioned our dietary requirements and they helped us in choosing between different options. Felt like the staff gave us the right options and not just for making business.

On the quality of the pizzas, they are simply awesome. Well baked, the right amount of oil and finally the toppings were really good.

I would recommend this place for party orders or casual eating.

You will not be disappointed for sure.

Recently, had the pizza from this store and it was the best one from any Pizza Hut I have had so far. The staff is very efficient and excellent customer service.

We were waiting at the counter for a few minutes and we kept on saying hello until we said it really loud

Would give 0 if possible worse pizza I've ever had vertully no chesee on pizza smallest amount sprinkled all over and burnt crust I actually ordered an paid for supreme but god know's what I actually got basically a tone of sauce an not much else terrible quality control that they don't care about there customers I will avoid this store in future

I ordered pizza it was worst. It wasn't cooked properly & not accepting their poor food service.

My food arrived late and was cold. Who wants soggy, cold french fries?

The delivery person did not understand my address (not my fault!) so when she arrived I received a telling off! Her name was Anusija.

The app told me she'd arrived but she hadn't. I had to wait in the cold outside for another 15 minutes because clearly I couldn't trust the app to tell me when she had actually arrived.

The only good thing was that when I phoned the store to complain, the woman who took my call handled my complaint really well. She should give lessons in how to do customer service.

This is the worst pizza hut in the hole of Auckland stay away from this store pizza was worse iv ever seen in my life ordered thin n crispy got burnt blk crust very little topping yet tones of sauce -straight to the bin money down the drain

Would give 0 if possible, made an order online and accidentally put in work address instead of home address (5 minutes away from each othwr) phoned up to see if we could change the address and apologized for the mix up, the manager was really nice and totally understanding at first and promised us no problem will deliver it will just be 5 or 10 minutes later, she then phoned back and said that we have to pick up the pizza and made up excuses like its too far away for delivery and that roads are closed until she finally said that the delivery driver couldnt be bothered to drive to us, and that she would not give us a refund for the pizzas because it was our mistake, if she had said from the beginning we will have to pick up I wouldn't have had a problem but the lies and excuses were astonishing, worst pizza hut ever and the manager is a completely useless woman

I also wish I could give zero stars. The pizzas were burnt and the dough puffed up to the size of larger than table tennis balls (photos attached) and there was no peri peri sauce in the peri peri chicken pizza. When I called, the woman who called herself the owner, was defensive and said they were busy and human errors can happen (what an excuse and poor customer service) -NO apology, and said that she will see what she can do the next day when I send the photos. She couldn’t have missed seeing the huge ‘dough balls’ as they were HUGE when she’d packed SO she obviously did not care about the quality of the food she was delivering. She was not apologetic at all and very rude.

Ordered hot n spicy pizza at this store, beautifully made and taste delicious, thanks to shift Supervisor.

This is a review about the cleanliness of the store. If I could give zero stars I would. I'll take photos next time, but this store is probably the dirtiest store I've ever been in. Does anyone ever sweep and mop the floors of the entrance/customer area and wipe down the benches? If they are fine presenting their store to their customers in that disgusting state, I can't imagine what it looks like in the back. Clean your store man. You serve food. I'm reporting them to the food safety inspectors. Also, they are making food but they're not wearing gloves? D rating hands down.

The last couple of orders have been great - from the food to the service.if this continues, I'll keep 'adding' stars.

I wish I could give 0 star. I ordered pizza from Pizza hut Grey Lynn store.when I went to pickup my pizza from store at 9.35 pm. Indian guy was not wearing mask and gloves. It’s very dangerous to order food from that store and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.worst experience.not coming back again

I've been coming to Pizza Hut Grey Lynn for some years now and I am finally writing a review that reflects their service.they are inconsistent in their quality of pizzas, both in terms of dough and amount of cheese/toppings.sometimes they come with a huge amount of pizza, which is both satisfying and filling, other times they come with so little cheese the pizza is inedible - there is no consistency and if you bring it up with staff they will get together and berate you and gaslight you (this literally happened to me and so I stopped going here for about a year as a result).
If you value consistency, go literally anywhere else but here, but if you're down on your luck, strapped for cash, depressed and need some bang for your buck, you can run the slot machine that is Grey Lynn Pizza Hut and hope you get an $11 pizza that will feed you for two days (due to the share amount of cheese on the blessed thing).
If I had the time and the energy, I would get some scales, measure each pizza I get and then document the cheese content just so I could have irrefutable evidence of the inconsistency of their pizzas as well as a reference point to demand they remake my triple cheese pizza with triple cheese (as opposed to regular ol' cheese pizza) since without such, there would be no way to get through the emotional beratement that is the customer service quality of this place.
I cannot stress this enough, the staff are cold, cruel, unwelcoming, unaccountable and, unaccommodating.
The pizza's you get will either be mostly pizza dough and little topping or heaps of topping and less pizza dough.
Thanks for reading my review, if you have a strong head and you get something you are unpleased with at Pizza Hut Grey Lynn, then do not hesitate to demand they fix the problem they caused.
Other then all this mess, literally every third order I make at Pizza Hut Grey Lynn is messed up, they forget a sauce topping or make the completely wrong pizza (which can at least be demonstrated by the fact you have a receipt).

Some final words.
I've worked in fast food and at pizza places before, this kind of service isn't the result of bad general staff, this is the result of incompetent management and lack of training staff on customer services - the biggest give away that Pizza Hut Grey Lynn's problems are with management/ownership is the obvious nepotism and lack of union presence. It is very clearly a family owned franchise and not operated by head office.

Mixed feelings with this one. If you order 1 pizza it will be delicious, but order too many, and the quantity of the pizza drops by a lot! Not enough cheese, to much sauce on the bases etc.they aren't very consistent with their work
