Pizza Hut Glen Innes

The pizza was OK, but let down by the useless and unfriendly service. For goodness sake management teach your staff to learn English as a basic courtesy to your customers

On Sunday 07/05/23 went into Glen Innes Pizza Hut wanting to order pasta at about 7: 30 pm. I was told by a heavy set Indian guy that they don’t do pasta (should’ve been my indicator to leave but I thought “ok let’s order a pizza”) so ordered the Garlic shrimp deluxe & two bottles of drink worth $30…such a waste of $30

Garlic shrimp deluxe the other Indian guy made had hardly any shrimps it was mostly covered in mayo & garlic sauce with nothing else. This will be my first & last visit here.

Regular Pizza combo has great pricing, only 3 options for pizzas of this size, but worth the money. There’s no delivery for this Regular option which is ashame, so pick up only. Tasty pizzas though.

The status shows the order is delivered but it’s not been delivered, calling store for half and hair but no one is answering the call

Shame on you, Customer service was the slackest I've experienced in a long time, it wasn't even busy, greeted with a long stare et a grunt. Not effort was made to assist me in my choice of pizzas. The place looked filthy including the entrance floors.
When I came to pick up my order, it was gruffly dumped on the counter, no receipt, napkins or words exchanged to describe my order, not a word uttered in my direction. Overall not a nice experience, we wont be going back. Also the loaded Hawaiian pizza felt quite light.

Been coming here for years but recently service has been terrible. Ordered a delivery 1 hour later pizza still didn't arrive so I drove to the shop, the driver arrived after I left, they expected me to eat a pizza that left the store an hour ago. They gave me fresh pizza and some Chicken Tenders. Does not make up for screaming kids waiting so long for their dinner. I live 2 minutes away from the store why on earth did my pizza drive around Glen Innes for 1 hour?

Ordered a limo and it was ok except they got the sides wrong. Emailed a complaint but never heard back

Poor customer service and badly trained operators. Took the money, did not deliver the pizza and were disinterested in sorting the problem out.

Totally rip off. 10 bucks for just crust and cheese? Supposed to be BEEF and onions

I Always forget about my filling in survey reciepts.
Always.its on my mind but seem to jump within distractions from focusing on my growing almost 10 and turning tween age. N myself enjoying the pan based traditional pizzas we order. Then Me at the end of all that at In my bubble.

It's a pizza hut alright, so don't expect premium pizzas or a fancy waiter offering you a seat in a swanky seating arrangement.

BUT, the staff is very friendly and the online ordering works well. As I've mentioned - the pizza is the fast food you'd expect at a good value for the money you pay.

They left my food under my gate and didn’t signal me and ended with bugs all over it and I couldn’t eat it and no advice to try help the situation

I usually go to Pizza Hut Glenn Innes 2-3 times a week.
Pizza is good and no complaints about that.
The only complain is regarding a lady on the front desk, that she usually works on Sunday.
She is rude and unprofessional, not just with me, but with all the customers, she doesn’t even want to take the orders, I can’t beg someone for taking my order!
One night she was shouting to a lady in front of everyone.
Point is, if she doesn’t like that job, she will probably needs to find something else and not in contact with clients.
I’ll start going somewhere else, if I see her on the front desk.

I ordered 2 pizzas, (1x Cheesy Garlic and 1x Beef and Onion), and shared amongst 4 people last night. This was the worst pizza I have ever had because we all got food poisoning from the Cheese. I threw it up seeing bits of hair inside the cheese and how disgusting is that! My partner almost needed to go to hospital emergency as he was shivering with chills and had a fever. I do not recommend this branch at all

Great pizzas, friendly staff. No issues at all. I've been going to this pizza hutt for years, no complaints at all.

Staff were friendly, helpful and quick. But the product - Detroit pizza was terrible. Mouth cutting sharp edges, almost zero sauce and stingy Italian sausage and pepperoni. Definitely won't be trying again.

We Ordered 2 Pizzas for dinner last night (pick up) 1 Pepperoni and one Meatlovers both with extra cheese. The extra cheese was there but hardly any toppings. It’s a real shame.

The pizza was actually fantastic, but only giving 1 star for the terrible driver. He left my order on the mailbox at the bottom of my driveway? ! Driver obviously couldn't be bothered bringing it up the drive to the door. He called me twice, and each time I answered he hung up after 3 seconds. I called back twice and got answerphone. He finally called me back and told me he left it down the drive because I didn't answer my phone. The mailbox is directly down the drive from my house, which is clearly signposted.
I've just had hip surgery and can't walk, I had to call my neighbour to go and grab my pizza for me, how embarrassing. Definitely won't order from this store again.

I use to order at least every other week and comparing to the PH store near my previous address (Mt Eden) the quality overall (dough and toppings) is much lower. Maybe you should give them a call. I hope it improves soon otherwise I'll consider other options.

Food was ready 15 minutes after arrival. Got home and the food was cold. Recommend them to change waiting time as food isn’t as good when not hot
