This is the best hut in Auckland. Always friendly and very considerate especially when they are busy. (Don't be surprised if they give you something extra every now and then). The food is always good and my kids love it.

The workers don’t wear food gloves, not good at all… person prepares the box for chips and her hand goes all in the box touching all the inside with no gloves.wear gloves and Pizza Hut will be all good until then no not buying from there ever again not even a one star was actual 0

Today I called to order 2 XL pepperonis. We always enjoy pizza from Kelston mall because it always tastes fresh. We love in Mt roskill but always go all the way to Kelston to buy pizza. The pizza always look appealing and not burnt looking like most pizza huts in nz!

Worse pizza place in the whole world lol.trust me, don't go to kelston pizza Hutt! Place is pathetic!

Check your pizza the moment they hand it to you! Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere else. Barely any toppings, burnt SF pizza, and VERY small "large" pizzas.

I don’t like to trash costumer service workers I know sometimes they have bad days, that being said the lady that served me my pizza was the low light of my day, poor people skills, got my order wrong and burnt it while she was at it, highly recommend getting a new face at the front of house.

Food was quick, fresh and yummy. Server was very nice and friendly. Brought our food out to us at the table.

The worst Pizza Hut in Auckland! Twice in a row I ordered from here and both times the pizza was burnt. When I complained, they told me it's because I asked to have the tomato sauce removed from the topping yet New Lynn and Glen Eden Pizza Hut cook the same pizzas perfectly every time.
I then recently ordered home delivery which defaulted to Kelston (I wouldn't have ordered had I known it was Kelston). I ordered before 6: 20pm and the delivery time allocated was 7: 05pm. I received a message around 7: 10pm saying it was about 8 mins away which was ok with me, however it didn’t arrive and after a couple of phone calls, it was finally delivered at 8pm. By this time I had already ordered food elsewhere because my family were hungry and when the pizza arrived, it was cold. No communication whatsoever that it was going to be pretty much an hour late. I ended up requesting a refund and will never intentionally order from here again.

BLOODY DISGRACEFUL MANAGEMENT!
3 thin n crispy pizzas arrived delivered (WONDERFUL DRIVER) crusts resembled soft flat bread. Rang store following day. Promised 3 replacements that night. Never arrived. Rang store next day. Get a flippant ‘sorry’. Manager promised to email head office to give refund. 3 weeks later I call store. Once again, another manager with same excuses, once again expecting me to physically go pickup my refund like the 1st manager I spoke with in this fiasco. This time he also tried to short-change me in my refund!
It SADDENS me that ALL your staff, but in particular the MANAGERS, who are supposed to represent the head office, simply just do NOT CARE about your customers. PIZZA HUT does NOT CARE.

A big thank you to Pizza Hut Kelston!:) We ordered over 80 pizzas for our end of year pizza and movie fun day and they were ready as scheduled for us to collect. They went above and beyond and included drinks, chips and garlic breads at no charge. Thanks again for your yummy food, friendly service and of course the freebies!:) You helped make 300 students and their teachers very happy! Thanks:)

Not like before… Pizzas literally way too soft, especially the thin n crispy (more like thin n soft). My bbq chicken n bacon pizza didn’t contain any bbq sauce. The base was too doughy as well

2nd time order didn’t have the paid extras added. Was barely cooked, had to re cook it after delivery

Worst experience ever. The indian lady at the front is so rude and mean. I watched her treat customers so poorly and was just flat out horrible to them. Ordered food over the phone and when I went to pick up they said my card had declined but I never gave my details over the phone. They insisted my card declined and then I found out they only made half of my order and said I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the other half of it. They indian lady at the front needs training on customer servie and the ranch we got was smelly and old. The store was dirty and this is not the place to go if you want pizza.

Lovely service, I work at a fast food place too and I’ve never been more happy with the outcome! I ordered a Fanta and they were out so they gave me a sprite and another small one for free! I ordered chicken wings and chips with it too. Tasted good and crispy. I ordered this around 7: 40pm on 27 oct, the staff was so nice to give me a free sprite. Thank you so much

Ordered a pizza with not too much sauce (as I have done many times without issue) and they didn't put any, very disappointed.

The way this place cooks is downright criminal the dough of my pizza was still raw through 50% of it

There was an indian guy with glasses he was so nice made waiting there so much better give him a raise!

Food is yuck, not even worth a 1-start. This franchise is an embarrassment to the brand Pizza Hut. The quality of food is appalling. Don't waste your money here!
