Pizza Hut Lynnmall

My pizza was missing toppings and when i try to call and complain no one pick up phone. I email but no reply

I ordered a San Francisco sourdough style pepperoni pizza. If San Francisco sourdough style means paper thin dough barely kissed by heat to just set it in place like a cardboard disc then they’ve nailed it. Not to mention the pizza being 40 minutes late so by the time it got to me it was stone cold. The attempts to cut the pizza were more like suggestions made by a blunt knife where you should seperate pieces, the cardboard like dough and stone cold combination just made this pizza rip into random shapes. This was bland, lifeless and devoid of any real care or attention to detail. I would avoid this Pizza Hut if you can. Credit where credit is due they did refund me for my meal, I would much rather just pay for a product that is an acceptable standard.

One time when I pick up the pizza, I saw the staff kicking the pizza trays using their work boot while stacking up.

Pizzas here never disappoint! Even the chicken wings, chicken tenders and pretty much everything is on point!

When you order garlic bread and it doesn’t have any garlic in it or you order the spicy chicken pieces and there’s literally no spice at all

Very nicely made pizza. I tried a small one, liked it so much that I came back and brought a large one to take home

Food is fine, but delivery is absolutely terrible. Driver was "too busy" for contactless delivery despite having clear instructions on how to get onto the property and occupants having covid.

I must say, the pizzas here has always been the best-tasting out of the other Pizza Hutt branches. Despite what other reviewers have said, personally I have not yet been disappointed out of the many years I have been here, best Pizza Hutt branch in Auckland.

Greatful for the pizza but they just took to long for delivery and did not say anything that's gona take a little while because there busy

Pizza ok inconsistent some times burnt sometimes good. Staff could do with at least a table seating indoors but very limited out door seating also very limited.

The guy who cut the pizzas is so nice. You can see his smile even behind the mask. He is so thoughtful my hands were full with pizza he even came and open door for me. Awesome customer service.

Cheap pizza for cheap ingredients. No cutlery whatsoever; dirty tables; no salt or pepper; poor service.

Wanted to give 4.5 star. Good taste of pizza with proper top-up quantities, but pickup timing was 12 minutes late service for my online order. May be for busy rush hours; otherwise everything alright.

Pizzas not cooked properly. Ordered 2 veg pizzas, one cheesy garlic where garlic aioli was missing. The other had less veggies.
I think the owner is changed so the quality n services.

The pizza hut now is far different from the pizza hut we used to have when it first came out pizzas were a lot better and more authentic but it's really processed food and it's actually a far cry from what a pizza should be given that if I buy it for my dog he buries it I actually bought a vegetarian pizza half vegetarian half meat for him and me and I went up to the glen Eden cemetery I ate my butt which wasn't very appealing and spot he buried his at the cemetery I suppose bearing it would make it taste better

I love yalls pizza. You have a new weekly customer, the cheese is soooo good too but just 1 star removed as I'm not sure why a cheese pizza alone is 6.60 and a ham and cheese is 5

The two stars only for how well the pizza and the chicken bites were cooked.
Super slow and dull customer service and the lack of veggies on a veg pizza took away the rest of the three stars

Very bad experience, never wanted to go again. Rude attitude of manager (seems like boss). Very poor Customer service and no manners at all.

Pizza was not hot, ordered 2x chips but got 1x chips 1x onion rings that were barely warm & tasted like yesterdays left overs. Don't understand why drivers can't see the clearly marked letterbox & end up across the road? Bit slack considering you have also increased your price but you also need to provide better customer service if you want people to keep coming back.

Good pizza and excellent customer service. The owner happened to be there and he delivered the pizzas to our children himself with a big smile and making jokes with the children. The only thing that was a bit shocking for me was the price of the small juice (300ml) for $4! Same brand 3L is sold for $3 at the supermarket. Overall, good place to get a pizza but not beverages apparently.
