Pizza Hut Mt Albert

This would have to be the worst pizza we have ever had, I think they forgot to put cheese on and little onion. I don’t mind the prices going up but what they put on shouldn’t change

The price has gone up over the years, and the quality has gone down.

It's cheaper than the likes of Hell and Pizza Club, but simultaneously, it is less filling, so you have to buy more. Overall, for a meal to satisfy my family, Hell and Pizza Club are about 10% more expensive, but generally healthier and better tasting.

I would get Pizza Hut as a snack, but not really anything else. Pizza Club and Hell are better alternatives, bang for buck.

Never been the type to write a review but I've had the worst pizza order from Mt albert. I know it's a busy sat night but our order was 45 minutes late and it's obvious that one of the pizzas we had ordered had been sitting there for yonks getting cold while the rest of the food was getting prepared. Does this look like a pepperoni with extra cheese pizza? You have a deal going on about giving a review and receiving a free regular cheese pizza, I want my pizza redone and sent to me Pronto, will never go pizza hut again if there is no positive feedback from this response.

Pizza served lukewarm like it came out of the oven 20 minutes earlier. Store run down. Wont be ordering here again.

A bit naughty but I craved a dirty Pizza. The staff were so great and chatted a lot and added chillies to my Pizza.

Really happy with the service here. They didn’t quite get the order right, but made up for it by offering a free pizza on the side. Would recommend this branch!

Really tasty pizza I only ever go to my local pizza Hutt but this one is great aswell. Very good

The gentleman is not allow me to claim my free pizza as mentioned on the feedback receipt that we could claim online and instore. That means he is not following the term & conditions as the pizza hut has set!
Very upsetting to not understand why 2 of other branches allowed me & He said each branches are different management.
2ndly he didn't provide me a receipt like others do, staff should remember to provide a receipt especially when a feedbacks needed (I didn't noticed until I got home).

Pizzas were terrible! They had stuff all sauce and cheese, and meat on our Pizzas. Waste of bloody money

I never write reviews usually, but this is the 2nd time and the pizza is not eatable again. Waste of money. Go for other stores….

If this could be negative it would be The worst pizzas ever The first one had a thin base a little bit of crust and virtually no topping or cheese The second one very thick base with lots of sauce a little cheese and very little topping This was to replace the order they got wrong Produced in 3 minutes Will never go to a pizza hut again And no response from head office No point in complaining just wont go back

Just ordered a Sourdough Peri Peri Veggie Deluxe Extra Large - San Francisco Style Pizza but not happy with the purchase as it’s has got no taste to it and not enough veggies on top so not going there again and not recommend to anyone.

Phone called in to pick up pizza and was able to lick it up on time. I prefer pizza hut over domino's.

Really good! Have to say the pizza has been perfect the last few times I've been here. Base and crust were delicious. Not full of oil like other places.
Good amount of toppings. Store looks clean.

The only place I get pizza from these days and just the absolute best - crispy, hot and perfect amount of toppings! The San Francisco Sourdough is perfection! The lady who always serves me is also so lovely and just makes it a 10/10 experience
