I engaged PJM Projects in August 2020 to act as an independent Client Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract for my mid-sized (14 unit) property development in Auckland. PJM managed and administered my project with a professional calm command through a very difficult year hampered by COVID challenges. Practical completion was achieved at the beginning of March 2022 achieving both time and financial targets. PJM travelled on the journey with me and their professional bespoke approach worked very well for my design-led development.
