From a customer’s perspective, Placemakers does not yet have a good system in place for processing and tracking online retail orders. The customer’s online account doesn’t list the current status of their orders, Placemakers don’t inform the customer if their order dispatch will be delayed significantly, and although Placemakers staff try their best to assist with customer queries by phone, it’s apparently difficult for them to track the current status of a delayed order if their colleague who’s processing it is away on leave.

Been using placemakers for years, just wanted to thank them for all the help they have provided. THanks

We have been looking at kitchens and appliances at Placemakers. However my day norrnally finishes with looking at the news on the internet, and Placemakers have the most appalling ad on ever. It pops up and interrupts whatveer you are reading. Constntly.
We object and say how dare you force yourself on us with your advertising taking over our screen, and disrupbting us.it is extreme arrogance that you do this, it is nothing more than bullying - telling us and forcing us to be interrupted by your ads in this new, invasive manner.

The kitchen and bathroom reno will have NOTHING purchsed from Placemakers and from now on, and forever what we will remember from and about Placemakers is their forced intrusion into our lives.

One of your trucks was parked on a buildind site above us. The brakes failed and the truck rolled down across the main drive finally stopping on our property. This happened last friday 20th Oct 2017. Luckily know one was hurt but there's damage to our bush. I have photos and the registration of the truck. Waiting for someone to contact us.
