I’ve taken 2 of my cars here for external repairs and they have exceeded our expectations both times. Everything they do is so professional and done with excellence! Amazing customer service and great team! Not only did they fix what I took it in for but they also went above and beyond and cleaned both inside and outside our cars. SEEM RACIST. So currently going through an insurance claim with these guys.long story short sounds like they are a bit racist…my husband called them to ask about an update about his car but they were really rude and unhelpful, he has an accent, so maybe the person he was talking to made an impression of him…. My sister then also called asking the same questions (no accent) and the person on the other end of the call was sooooo kind and offered many solutions and answers to the SAME questions and case number. Let’s see how their service is by the end of the claim but HOW RUDE. It’s 2022, so unacceptable.

Took my ute into platinum accident repair after being recommended by a friend, cant say enough wirh the outstanding communication from James and turn around, top workmanship. Would highly recommended, hopefully wont need them again but if so will use again

Great service - quick and efficient! They did a great job for my Toyota Corolla. The front desk lady is friendly and helpful. All mechanics and managers are super friendly and experienced.

Platinum accident repairs is excellent. They have repaired my car multiple times and are always friendly and efficient. They always return the car fully valeted and cleaned to a very high standard. I especially appreciate the company’s mission statement on the wall as you walk in. It shows a high degree of professionalism and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I don't even know where to start! It's never a good day when someone smashes your windows in, but that wasn't the end of my problems. The tow truck who collected my vehicle then tore a hole in the oil sump. These guys were amazing, not only spotting the problem and immediately protecting my car engine from severe damage. As it's a VW the parts were tricky to get hold of. The whole way through they communicated with me, sorted out the windows and also replaced the damaged sump.

The team were super friendly and were so supportive through a very frustrating time. They lent me a car as well in the meantime. I genuinely don't know how well I would've coped without them. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

They also cleaned up the insane amount of broken glass from within the car too.

My car had broken down around the corner from the shop. I was not an existing client however they came to help me with jump cables free of charge. So grateful for the help and could not recommend these guys enough- Thank you!

Great workmanship all round, they worked hard to accommodate my need for having the work van back on the road as quickly as possible, even gave the van a clean inside and out which was nice touch and really appreciated lads, cheers for the great service

Completely mind blown by the service! I had a rear bumper replaced as a part of my insurance claim after another driver backed into my car. When picking it up I noticed these legends completely cleaned my car as well - inside and out! What a lovely surprise - highly recommend these guys!

These guys are probably the most GC company I've ever met, absolutely worth the great reviews posted on them already by many others. Estimate for my repairs was the most competitive (out of 5 quotes), entire repair process was very quick, professional and friendly. And the end total came to under what was quoted to boot! Seriously can't recommend them enough.
