4 Aroha and the team there are the best!
I had a small issue with a sink plug, but the way i was treated was amazing. Aroha took the time to look closely at the issue, explained what was going on, and went back into the the furthest corners of the warehouse, rummaged through a box full of spares, found a potential fix, and charged me absolutely nothing for her invaluable time and advice and part. Thanks so much guys.
Bad experience, the staff member I encountered had very little knowledge of plumbing and said she wasn't allowed to offer any advice, nor could she ask anyone else. Very poor service.
An extremely irresponsible shop! We ordered a toilet on Wednesday and paid the full price, saying that we could pick up on Thursday, but they told me on Thursday that it was not available! We were anxious to install, and we were about to cancel the order on Friday and asked for a refund. We were told that there was no refund. We had to wait until the next Tuesday to find the toilet sales staff. Others could not refund! It's really annoying!
Friendly reps and staff, easy to find all the things needed. And plenty parking.
